I rate my satisfaction with the Flash Gods at Cell City 10+++. I am soo sooo glad that they posted the ad "FLASH 2 PAGEPLUS" on Craigs List Monday morning. It was exactly what I needed - and quick. I gave a call, went straight over - on Labor Day! and they solved ALL my problems- broken iPhone (in 2 minutes), Flash my favorite phone from Sprint to Page Plus- which everyone else said couldnt be done. Igor, Davor, Nick - and - Ultimate Flash God Austin - all were so kind and patient with me (I am a grandmother, should tell you something). They were so "real" and present. Even though Igor and Davor have an accent, they communicate perfectly and politely - and with a good sense of humor. They all took all the time it took for me to understand. Its more like I was the language challenged - and I am an English teacher - ha ha! It was a complex problem, from getting the iPhone to work so I could get account info off of it, getting the clearance to transfer the number, flashing the phone and setting up, wow, I just cant say enough good things about the whole crew. It took an hour to get everything done and they never ever gave me the feeling I was taking too much of their time. Ive been to other small cell phone dealers and have gotten very brusque treatment, from native born and non native born. Ill mention too that their prices on repairs are a small fraction of what others charge.I didnt even believe Davor when he told me that the back plate replacement on my iPhone was 80% less than what I paid elsewhere. I see on the reviews that others have noted their very low repair price. I was there long enough to see that they treated everyone with the same respect and low prices. I felt guilty for walking out of there paying the miniscule final bill. really. Even though I did not buy the phone from them and they are under no obligation to give me any tech support on how to use the phone - they did anyway!! I went back today to get something with the internet settings fixed and Nick took care of it in 2 minutes, then showed me a few other things on the Nexus. Much later today, I got an alert that I could get an upgrade to Jellybean. I called and Nick checked it and said ok, and told me that I should call ANYTIME if I was unsure about ANYTHING. If you think those positive reviews are fake, then email me and I will give you my number. I will tell you myself that this is all true. My adult son was with me for the whole thing and he is a techie too, decided he didnt want to risk flashing it himself as he had never done it before. hell be happy to tell you these same things. he was also very very impressed. Thanks again, Igor, for re-posting the Flash 2 PagePlus ad on Labor Day morning! Flash Gods! And btw, they have some good deals on laptops and used phones.

So.. I was causally looking through my sisters NEW phone...it fell, the screen was shot .. broke it. Sister was very mad to say the least. Thank God I took it to Cell City !! Those guys saved me.. they changed the screen within a matter of minutes, had the best deal (trust me I called a lot of place), and sister still has a great working phone. Couple of weeks later, my phone drops, I break the screen (again, yep thats right.. another broken phone). Thank God for those guys, because I was in and out of the store. I cant live without my phone, nor work without it, so I was very happy when I didnt have to leave it overnight or the whole day for them to fix it. I called so many places, and what they charge is ridiculous ! Cell city took care of it right away, and they didnt charge me a leg and an arm to fix the screen. Anyways, I HIGHLY recommend them ! Oh, and now that I have a new phone I went to get my phone TRIPLE PROTECTED against dropping it, accidentally breaking it, etc. etc. - and I went to Cell City because they didnt charge me an arm and a leg (like they do at T-Mobile ) for screen cases and screen protectors. So thank you Cell City :)

First off BEWARE!!! The 5 star reviews are FAKE!! The owners of the store created the profiles to boost their appearance. Check the profiles yourself! The REAL HONEST reviews are 2 and 1 stars. They spam Craigslist with bogus ads as well. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! The guys who run this place are foreign. I went in to sell an iPhone 4 I had. The phone was is perfect shape PLUS good ESN. So I was told I would get $50 for it over the phone. I go there and the place is a wreck. They take my phone, talk amongst themselves and tell me they can only give me $30. I told them no, you told me you would give me $50 over the phone. The phone was worth $150 but I needed money and they were REALLY trying to get one over on me. So then they offer me $35. At this point Ive been standing around for 20 minutes while they "examine" the phone. I was so pissed I told them to give me my phone back or I will call the police. They handed it back and I left. As soon as I get home, they call me saying if I come back they will give me $50. I just hung up on them. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

Got my S7 screen replaced. I took it back in and the front desk person tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong with my screen, even though there was clearly a problem with the digitizer. They ask me to bring it back in the next day... so I drop the phone off. When I returned, they lie to my face and tell me they completed an update on my software (my phone update history indicated no updates for over 3 weeks when I checked it 30 seconds later). Clearly, the first screen was defective and was replaced. Here I am now leaving a 1-star review, because 1 week outside of the warranty period, my screen is totally non-responsive, after 2 weeks of going in and out. It looks nice, but touch does nothing, at all. Now I have to find another company locally to pay more money to, because CELL CITY uses shoddy equipment. Thanks. Also, you can see my name and picture, so dont try to deny this review, as if Im some local competitor. This is real customer who is livid that you would just take my money like this and screw me over.

This place replaced my galaxy screen with awful quality parts, there was a bubble that they said would disappear (never did weeks later) and the screen ended up starting to separate from the phone! They also failed to let us know that the bottom lights would no longer be white, theyd be blue. As well as that, the top light that flashes for a message or shows charging seemed to have disappeared after they replaced the glass! Save yourself the headache and money and spend just a little more for a quality place where they treat you with decency and respect, seeing as theyre the ones getting paid. Every time Ive gone in or called theyve been nothing but rude and thats if they even acknowledged me. And last, one of the guys who runs the place tried to tell me that the screens NEVER separate from the phones, as if it didnt happen to mine or to my neighbor that went to them a couple months after I did, what a bunch of hacks!!
