Do not go there!!!!...I broke my phone so I decided to switch and get a new service...that was last week and my phone still not working. .. The employee Joseph logalbo..made me feel I was bothering after the 3rd call...saying the prob was my last provider... In reality he typed my account number wrong!!!..(that I requested in front of him on speaker phone)...so lame ...I should never have left boost Mobile and never go to a private store...

I replaced my phone two weeks ago. I used Russell Cellular after receiving dismissive, even snotty service at the Verizon on 66th in St Petersburg. I was treated to stellar customer service - David Hash, the store manager, was really personable, knowledgeable, informative. I am delighted with my new phone. I would recommend Mr. Hash and Russell Cellular.
