I simply went in to ask about the cost of repairs to a phone I had dropped. I also asked about adding the 10GB Hotspot to my lead phone. I was told by Tyler that there was a new service Sprint was migrating everyone to and that it was an unlimited plan as well but enhanced with a 10GB Hotspot on each phone in my family plan and the cost would be $5 more per month for the plan not each phone. As it turned out it raised my payment nearly 100% from $123.47 after Taxes to over $211.05 per month after taxes. Imagine my shock when I get a bill for over $400 because Sprint also bills for the month ahead. When I called back to speak to someone about my account they said they couldnt discuss it over the phone because the line was not secure enough. I finally got a hold of someone at Sprint Corporate and had the plan reversed back to the unlimited family plan i enjoyed for 8 years. BUYER BEWARE.

I only chose one star because 0 stars is not an option. Me and my husband walked into this location today to get some help on our account and were met with rudeness right off the bat by an employee named Miles. I have never been treated so badly in my life! He treated us like we were incompetent and then told us we should just leave and that he did not want to help us. I will never set foot in this store again!!! He should be fired and should not be in customer service.

We to this location around 2pm and was told that the computers were down and that no one could assist me. I requested that someone call me when the computers were back up; being that they close at 8pm I would think that the "computer problem" would not last the entire time. Needless to say, I never received a call regarding any followup to the computer status... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great experience here. I was helped by the new manager Tyler and he was awesome. I normally go to Easton but its always a long wait, so I decided to give this store a shot despite the reviews. I am glad I did!
