This is regarding the event center: Brides and grooms beware! I came to this venue as a first time bride not knowing what to expect. I was told what all was going to be included and how much I was going to save by booking with them. I was told I needed to act fast as days were booking quickly. I ask to be sent a list of all vendors I would need to get quotes from to start pricing things out, which was not sent to me. I went in another time in which I still had no names and number to vendors and was told that if I didnt put a deposit down at that time I would lose my day. I paid the deposit believing that if I didnt I would lose the day. Days later I received the names and numbers to all the vendors and started contacting them. The price kept increasing and increasing way above a reasonable amount. When I started questioning people about this place I was told that I over paid, I was paying double and even triple what others had paid. When I brought this to their attention I was told they did business with this people so they get discounted. These people were first time users of the facility and did not work with them. I paid for Friday and Saturday and then was told that Friday morning they had another event and could come until that night to start decorating. Every conversation I had with the venue things were changing and more lies were surfacing. Almost one month after paying the deposit I told them I didnt want to use their venue due to their deceitfulness. I thought that being 10 months before the wedding they would refund the $1250 deposit we put down but refused. They ended up completely booking the whole Friday immediately after I told them I did not want to use them. This is just in brief the nightmare I experienced with this place. I dont recommend anyone use these people. They are bad business. Please if you have any questions or are thinking about using this venue feel free to contact me and I can go more in detail of how I got ripped off by them.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION OR TO VERIZON! They will tell you on a recorded line the terms and conditions of things, when you clearly needed assistance understanding it, to then have other reps tell you otherwise. I was told on a recorded line that I would receive up to 650 for the switch promotion on a card to pay my old provider, still havent gotten anything yet, so I called. I was then told I was only getting $308 on a card to pay my old provider, making my out of pocket cost over $400 to pay off my old provider. I changed my review for the third time, after a horrible month with Verizon. Their cellular service is phenomenal, you can get service in so many places my other provider did not cover... But the failure to appropriately inform their customers, their tiny loopholes and horrible customer service managers (except one that was actually somewhat helpful), plus the failure to inform customers up front that their trade in promotion splits payment onto the Verizon bill and a card and not just a card, has made this experience beyond horrendous. I took photos and videos of my device I traded in to prove it was in perfect condition, they still said it was damaged. Im done with Verizon after ONE MONTH and a half.

Disappointed is an understatement. Went in for an upgrade and it seemed too good to be true (It was), I put $120 down which includes activation fees and the phone, and send my old phone back to verizon in order to remove it from the account and all is well. I SPECIFICALLY asked about the very slight crack in the bottom of my screen next to the home button, the salesman, Craig Burns, told me as long as the crack wasnt on the actual screen verizon would accept the phone. Verizon called and said they would not be accepting the phone and that Craig did not have the authorization to say that, in addition, $50 in activation fees were added to my account that Craig said were included in my down payment for the phone, verizon of course said he did not have authorization to tell me that. End of story, I now have to pay $50 extra in activation fees AND $130 to fix my screen or $250 to remove it from the account, what was supposed to cost $120 will end up costing over $300 because of a greedy salesman that just wanted the commission. thanks

Well I must say that this store leaves my backside soar every time I leave it! I came in here to upgrade my phone and I forgot to bring the lube! Let’s start with the shear ferocity that the sales sharks attack you with as you walk through the door. I would prefer an honest greeting such as “how much commission can I make off of you today” or “did you bring a MasterCard today?” I understand that Verizon is a multibillion dollar conglomerate that will continue to finger the modern working class but I would at least expect semi honest and partially knowledgeable salesmen in the process. It is a shame to flush money down the drain on a new IPhone when your sales representative can’t even transfer your contacts. Fees were tacked on strategically in layers of the conversation to slowly cannibalize my bank account while a cheesy smile across the desk decline to offer any help or wherewithal in regards to a simple phone setup. The bottom line is that I have received my final penetration from this location. Total ass clowns!

Been a Verizon customers for over 10 years I been always going to the same corporate store on state Road 54 IN WESLEY Chapel and I was finally tired of always standing around waiting for a representative to wait on me or just being ignored when I decided to give Verizon Cellular Sales a try at Trouble Creek and boy am I glad I did. THE Building is incredibly clean with comfortable chairs to sit in instead of standing the Customer Service was TOP NOTCH VERY HELPFUL VERY INFORMATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. MY SALES Rep Tammy was very helpful helping me figure out what plan and phone was right for me she was very knowledgeable of all the products and plans and with her help my Decision was an easy one. I AM A GENERAL MANAGER Of a restaurant in Tampa and I know what Customer Service is and what I expect and Tammy surpassed my expectations, truly an Amazing Experience.

A total cluster! Terrible experience. This store does not appear to have any management or organization. I placed an order which did not show up at the time promised. The representative never followed up or returned calls. Each time I called I had to speak to someone new and start all over again. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating experience. Multiple calls, multiple trips and no one seemed to care. Is this how most cell phone companies are? If you are a Verizon customer, you may be better off going to a corporate owned store.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR BUY FROM THEM. I purchased a phone there and a VR headset was to come with my phone. To get the VR I needed my receipt which the sales person(Bill Hajue) did not give me. After 2 weeks and speaking with the district manager (Derick Borne)I got my receipt however no information on how to get my VR. 8 months later, numerous conversations and text messages with the DM I still dont have my VR and was given the run around and the phone calls stopped.l will only deal with corporate Verizon from now on.
