Chang was very knowledgeable and helpful. My iPhone 6 had water damage and he explained everything about what he would do to clean it and then check the touch screen (which had stopped working entirely and was distorting all images). His charges are very reasonable. When I picked it up, he took the time to show me what had been cleaned and discuss whether or not a new screen was needed. (Other places had automatically assumed a new screen would be needed and quoted that outright to me on the phone.) A small distortion (subtle lines on the middle of the screen) was still lingering but my phone worked perfectly. Its been fine ever since and the distortion completely disappeared. Chang did an excellent job and saved me a ton of money! I went back to let him see how it had improved even more after just a week and he agreed that a new screen was not necessary at all. He also told me what to look out for in case the water damage affected any of the electrical components more than we thought and how to make it last longer after recovering from water damage. I found Chang to be friendly and trustworthy and would highly recommend him to all my friends and family!

This is a great cellphone repair shop. I recently received a galaxy S4 for my birthday in May. Some how I got a crack in the screen that spread. I called around Tampa bay to find a good price to replace it since it was brand new. Just Cell Phone was by far the cheapest. I called 4 other places and got quotes. I took my phone in and they said they could have it fixed in about an hour and a half. I came back and they had it fixed like new. I tested it out in the store and it worked great. Also the phone had previously been refurbished and they found that a screw was missing that holds the mother board in place. They put in the screw for free. I got home and was playing around and noticed the back button was not working very well. I called the next day and took it back in. He said to let him take a look at it. He called my wifes phone a couple hours later and said it was all fixed and there was no charge. Very friendly staff and good customer service. Highly recommend going if you have any cell phone problems. Oh and they gave me a glass screen protector for half off since I got it repaired there too. Also check on-line for a coupon.

needed new charge port on my Note 3, online search showed several places near me, ranging in price from $50-$100, Just Cell Phone had no price listed, but did show that it offered the repair I needed, called them up and was quoted $35 plus the governments cut. They had my phone fixed in about 10 minutes, and working fine now! Best $37.50 Ive spent in a while! And very nice and friendly people there as well!

I went with my son for a battery repair. They did a full inspection of the iPhone, tried a new battery and then a new charging port to ensure it was one or the other or both that needed to be fixed. Turns out it was just the battery however he did clean out my charging port. We also got a great deal on two new cases! Very nice gentlemen! Very reliable, quick and honest! Check them out!

I have been to this repair shop twice and had an EXCEPTIONAL experience both times. I am still using a Galaxy Note 2 and I have dropped and broken my screen twice. Both times the turn around was in an hour, the cost for repair is extremely competitive and the people have fantastic customer service skills.
