Look, Ive been working in customer service my entire career life, so when I tell you that Nasser is the best employee Ive ever met, that can not be taken lightly. This man was setting up my account, porting numbers, the whole nine yards with me, and also had two other customers issues to deal with. He did all this at the same time! I mean it was straight flawless! I didnt really want to get T-Mobile, I was just coming to to see the prices, but after noticing Nassers ability and knowledge with this company, he instantly made the decision about switching to T-Mobile so much easier. I hope someone important reads this, and gives that man a raise! He is literally the beat employee Ive ever come across in my life. You better take care of that guy, or Ill be stealing him! Lol you guys have another 2 line (and will soon be 18 line) business account with you, and its only because of Nesser. Please give that man a raise!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to the store on Tuesday 5/16 because my Galaxy S6 would not charge. There is something wrong with the charging port. I was told that it was covered under the manufacturer warranty and I would have to pay $5 to get a replacement. The replacement came in and I went to the store to get it. The guy took my broken phone into the back room and then came out and stated that there was liquid damage and I would have to file an insurance claim. I told them that they were no liquid damage. They said that there was nothing that can be done. Wow talk about just trying to get money from people. Do not go to this store they will scam you.

My Note 4 died completely 2 months ago, so I finally had the time to head into the store. I was excited that I didnt have to drive very far and had to wait a little to get help. Dominic was awesome! He worked on getting me a replacement phone. They overrode the warranty and allowed me to get a replacement. After being with them for 15+ years, I expected nothing less. I was impressed with how Dominic helped me and 2 other customers all at once. Ill be going back for any future needs.

All the reps at this location are beyond helpful. Came into the store to see whats the matter with my phone, they were very helpful and never even upsold me on anything. They got me in and out pretty fast. Thanks Tmobile crew you guys rock. Will always come to this store. and I advise you guys to come see them.

Having phone issues, you should definitely go to this T-Mobile store, they were beyond helpful there! Ive tried my luck with Verizon and AT&T and switching to T-Mobile was one of the best things Ive done. The reps there are very friendly and helpful and I encourage everyone to stop in!

The staff is very patient and helpful. They are detailed oriented and saved me money on my bill. They also helped an elderly lady really well. Ask for Cody, he prides himself with being the Senior Specialist when assisting with their first smartphone!
