what a joke worst customer service ever. yeah its cheep but thats exactly what it is phones suck customer service totally sucks. maybe try hiring people who actually speak english and have half a brain oh you edward the guy who took my payment and screwed it up to where i have the reciept and the bank statement and they still say there was no payment made real shinning star that one and those phone cases that r cheaper then the mall. there only 6 bucks on amazon the exact ones check em out

I have been with Metro a long time and I hated them.. They always acted like they were doing you a favor being their.. They changed their staff at this store and did a 180 and now they are very pleasant and helpful.. They always acknowledge you when you come in the store and help you as fast as possible.. Treat you like they appreciate your business.

Nice new store, great selection and excellent customer service. I walked in and signed up for new service, got 2 phones with a family plan, imported one number, paid and walked out the door in 15 minutes and this was with a slow computer! I highly recommend this store.

A great Metro PCS store! Saving money is great but the gratification of good customer service makes a huge difference!! These guys know what theyre talking about and are focused on their job! Cheaper cell phone cases than at the mall too... thanks guys!
