store was mislead as to the features of phone told it was a 4g phone and it was a 3g (moto g ) was told by owner of store danny to throw away phone and go to another company I was told that it was a 4g phone and I also was told that you were not supposed to let me leave the store with the phone not activated but you did and it dose not matter if the phone was free you are a shady person and owner of boost mobile store just throw it away huh nice advice to your customers I I were another person reading your reply to my review I would not go to your store shot your self in the foot with that one I think

Chris, No body ever told you the phone was 4G and the way we organized the phones is the 4G phones are on one side and the 3G phones are on the other side. If you didnt know about the phone you should have asked the sales rep. instead of saying that they misled you!!! you know that wasnt the case. oh by the way, this phone is given away for free anyways so Im assuming it doesnt hurt to throw it away.

the people at this store are so stupid they need retrained all they know how to do is take payments and sell you a phone. they dont know anything and cant help you with the phone after you buy it. they couldnt even tell me how to save bookmarks to my phone
