WORST T-MOBILE STORE/EXPERIENCE.THE OWNER OF THIS STORE IS THE SHADIEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. The boyfriend and I went to this T-Mobile store to get him put on my account and a new phone. I have been with T-Mobile for over 2 years and have NEVER had a late payment, he said I was eligible for an upgrade so I decided to upgrade my phone to the 6 s plus..when ringing everything up he grabs a Kate spade I phone set and said it was a promotion basically insinuating it came with the phone. I just looked at my bill for this month and apparently I am getting CHARGED MONTHLY FOR A WRISTLET AND PHONE CASE THAT I NEVER WOULDVE BOUGHT. THE OWNER OF THE STORE WHO HELPED US NOT ONLY TRICKED ME INTO NOW PAYING MONTHLY FOR A CASE I DONT EVEN USE BUT HE ALSO DIDNT TELL US THE BOYFRIEND WOULD BE GETTING CHARGED MONTHLY FOR HIS OTTERBOX CASE. He completely LIED to us and was DISHONEST AND SHADY giving us phone cases we didnt ask for and NEVER ONCE told us we would be paying monthly. Not only did he do that but he also put a $300 Bluetooth speaker on the boyfriends account that we never bought/got but were expected to pay for. How this man runs his store is DISGUSTING and I will be going back tomorrow to return the stuff and confront him. Very ashamed of T-Mobile for letting people like this be a part of their company/brand. IF YOU HAVE TO LIE AND TRICK PEOPLE IN ORDER TO BUMP UP YOUR SALES KARMA WILL HIT YOU WITH A LAWSUIT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS T-MOBILE STORE THE OWNER IS A JOKE AND WILL ROB YOU BLIND , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NEVER BE A CUSTOMER HERE EVER AGAIN!!! If you like getting ripped off by a dishonest scumbag then this is the place for you.BUYERS BEWARE! CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL AFTER HE HELPS YOU!

In the process of switching from Samsung to Apple I was having a hard time getting info from one phone to the other. The T-Mobile I purchased the phone from did not help me and basically told me to do it myself. When I walked in the door of this location Manny was extremely helpful with everything. He switched everything over and even explained how he was doing it so I understood. This will definitely be my store from now on. Thanks for everything!!

The staffed tried to be helpful but they seemed to lack enough training. It took them over 2 hours to get the phones set up and paid for. We kept running into problems with their security locking out my payment. They didnt seemed to know what to do to fix it. They could also use some sort of seating in the store. Dont get me wrong I have no issues with t-mobile just this particular franchise.

My elderly Aunt who is learning how to use her Samsung 7, got a VR Headgear, a d was so pleased with the helpful kindness from Arron and Roberto, she called me to say it was the nicest T-MOBILE experience ever, and those boys were so nice to me how do I let them know how happy I was , I told her Auntie I will do that for you

Manny and all the employees at This 66th street location far exceed the service I have had at other tmobile locations. They consistently go above and beyond. Park street is closer to me but I drive to the 66th street store for their superior customer service. Thank you!
