Had a great experience here! Conor and the guy with the beard (sorry forgot his name) were both very knowledgeable and accurate with there time frame on the repair of my Samsung kids tab 3. I went in on the 18th of Dec and asked him if it was possible to get it repaired by the 24th, mind you i needed screen replaced and charging port also replaced and both parts needed ordering, he said possibly but couldnt make any guarantees. Needless to say i got it in time for Christmas with the screen fixed and charging! I paid 120$ for both repairs. Every other place i took it to was charging for the screen repair 80$-100$ bucks and asking 80$-100$ to repair the charging port not only that, they told me it would take 7 to 10 buisness days to fix, and most of them told me to just get a new one which sure thats not a problem except for Im still gonna have a broken tablet laying around with a 60$ dollar otter box case that it was not in at the time of it being damaged. obviously. kids! what are you gonna do. Anyway the guys at my broken phone have a new happy customer that Im sure will be seeing alot more of at the countryside location in Clearwater. Thanks guys! great work! p.s I bought a used iphone 5 from them that looked brand new for under 120$ with a case.

I just went to My Broken Phone today. My wife got caught in the rain and some moisture damaged the charger port system and also zapped the battery so it wouldnt charge. I found this place doing a Google search in Chrome. While it wasnt the first listing in the search, it sure should be. I called and talked to Connor and told him the problem and he said to bring it right in. We stayed there for about an hour while Connor replaced my wifes Galaxy Note 3s charger port. During the same period of time, we stood there mesmerized at how adept he was at fixing 4 devices at the same time! That was so fascinating how quickly he could disassemble and reassemble them so quickly. So much technical skill Connor has. I watched him replace at least 2 cracked screens while we picked his brain for technical information all while answering the phone too! Excellent!!! I would recommend this business to anyone in need of a fix for their phone or tablet. The spring water was great too!

Brought my iPhone 6 in for a repair for a broken screen. The part was replaced in a timely fashion and within expected cost. After using the phone for bit, I noticed two things. The first was the screen was not viewable when with my polarized sunglasses. The second was the screen was delaminating on the left side of the screen. Well, this review could have been a 1 star review, but as things worked out I brought the phone back to the store and explained my concerns. The staff was very professional and indicated that parts they had on hand would have the same issue with my sunglasses. However, they told me that they had parts on order that would not be effected by the polarized lenses. I indicated I would be willing to wait. When the parts arrived, I was notified via email that the part was in. It was installed and now I have the repaired phone I needed.

I came in about two weeks ago with cracked lg airisto and broken lcd and i was told over the phone it would be 70 it was 75. Which isnt a big deal. Someone working there told me it would be ready in 3-5 days. Well after calling and calling i finally got the phone 10 days later. But this isnt the worst part when i was givin my phone i was told that they couldnt glue the new screen on fully so now my screen sits above where it should. Its functionality is fine but i can see exposed adhesive on the new glass. Then he asked me if i had a case because having a case would help keep the screen to the phone... So if i dont get a phone case my screen falls off? Amazing its like i paid full price to get a half fixed phone. Very unprofessional never returning. And frankly im very dissapointed on this service considering all the reviews speak so highly of them.

My phone was in my back pocket with charging port up, (BIG mistake) during a recent storm. I didnt even realize it got wet, until the next morning when it had no charge after being plugged in all night. The rice trick didnt work. I was really getting worried that I was going to lose all my info. Then I found Connor at My Broken Phone. He is extremely knowledgeable and works so fast, he makes it look easy. You dont need to leave your phone. He fixes it right in front of you, and the fees are reasonable. Connor is a pleasant young man who not only knows his trade, but is also customer service conscious. If I ever have another cell phone issue, I will definitely take it to Connor.

After dealing with multiple repair shops for my tech, this was single handedly the best repair experience I have ever had. I was taken aback by the presentation of a clean and professional work area that proved a skilled eye will be looking at my phone. Unlike other shops where theres a back room and all the know how to do is replace screens on iPhones. The employee was very quick to get to a concrete solution and cut no corners. He was easily a professional all through and through. I wont be surprised to find "my broken phone" stores around the country soon.

After getting my NEW phone I decided to drop it about 4 inches inside my car. It landed on the only piece of metal it could find and of course the screen broke. After about 8 months and many dirty looks at my NEW phone I decided to get it fixed. While getting a pizza next door I went and took my phone to Conner. This is a very professional run business and have some of the best prices in town. I own an LG V20, and needed my screen to be replaced, and everywhere else wanted $170-200, while all My Broken Phone wanted was $120, and it only took them 45 minutes in the store to replace the screen. It looks like it is brand new now and you could never tell it had a screen replacement. Excellent phone repair shop with very reasonable prices and friendly/knowledgeable staff

I brought my 5S in because the camera wasnt working properly. Conner was so knowledgable. He fixed the problem on the spot while I waited. He double checked to make sure everything was working before I left with the phone. Conveniently located in countryside right next door to Boardwalk Pizza. Very reasonably priced. Ill use their services again and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Too bad I cant give more stars. Connor did a great job repairing a delicate soldering job on my Samsung Galaxy after the power button stopped working properly. Im happy to give him and the store high marks for fast and reliable service. The money spent sure beats replacing an otherwise good working phone. And, they take all major credit cards.
