Let me paint you a picture. I went to Gamestop, the enemy/great satan/cesspool of incompetence and asked if I could get one of their employees to help me find the adapter I needed to get the 360 working in my sweet RV dubbed affectionately the Meat Wagon. This total boner asks what cable I need and tries to humiliate me in front of every one in the store (everyone = 2 employees who were busy not knowing anything). I said well tough guy, lets go outside and Ill show you. Of course, this means I wanted to show him the back of the TV in the Meat Wagon. This idiot (Shawn I believe) comes outside and rips off his shirt, yells Im going to bring the pain and tries to hug me or something. Needless to say, I gave him a sunflower roundhouse to the breadbasket. This is exactly the point in time that I noticed it. This guy had a gay biker tattoo on his back, featuring the word VENGANCE. Yes, VENGANCE. I stopped kicking this guys ass to laugh at him, and he ran back into the gamestop crying. I guess he knew I was headed to the competition. GAMERS HQ in belleview was the very store I went to. There, a helpful lad named Edmond Sepultallica told me I didnt need an adapter, I just needed to plug in the wires hanging out the back of my 360. Curse you, Edmond, I will have my VENGANCE.

Customer service was great during my purchase. They knew exactly what I was asking for and helped me find a game for my friend. However, my friend didnt have any other friends playing it online so he wanted to trade it in (unopened). With receipt in hand, being no more than a week old, they tried to claim it was purchased a month ago and wouldnt give a full trade in value. Fortunately he talked them into giving the full value, but after hearing the story I felt like writing a warning for others.

Their Pre-Order process is terrible. They dont call you and then they sell it out from under you and sell out. Not to mention I have tried to pre-order in the past and it wasnt ready for pre-order, then I went in a week later and they told me the pre-order was over. I will never shop this store again for anything.

I always like going to this location, Ive gotten to know the store team and they have great knowledge of any game you inquire about. The customer service is the best and they are helping you as soon as you walk in the door, unlike the box stores where there is none.

I love it there but i have to give only for stars. Ps4 systems are sensitive. If you are selling a used disc for a ps4 please clean it. My "The evil within" disc was covered in some sort of liquid that had dried on and it wouldnt play. It was filthy.

I shop here all the time and love the place. They remember us and talk to us like we are close friends. My son enjoys the store and they are always polite even when he is running around like hes crazy.(he is 2 yrs old so they understand)

Better prices than the big box stores, great deals every once in a while. For a payment of $14.99 a year, pro member get perks such as, buy 2 get 1 free, up to $100 dollars off certain items and more.
