I love the variety of food and produce. The prices are good. My rating has a lot to do with customer service - you cant get anyone to own up to anything! The seafood department in particular. You get a lot of customers and thats great... only because they need the produce! But I dont think majority of us likes the cocky and nasty attitude. The only time it changes is if the person behind the counter knows you and or likes you! I have asked the other day for assistance and asked why I could not be assisted the same way everyone else is .... didnt ask for anything out of ordinary. When I spoke to the manager I was asked and told "maybe because they dont know you" Im very puzzled! Because maybe you dont know me?! You should not have to know my name to assist and or provide the same service everyone else gets! Store should focus on customer service !!!! Yourre not so rude when you see someone leave the store with a full shopping cart or two with over $300!!!!!

I do my groceries at this location every week. The problem that I have with bravo is in the meat department. They cut the chicken, pork, and beef on the same machine back to back without cleaning it. I have spoken to management regarding this cross contamination in the pass, and to see it still happens. Some people dont know or dont care. But that not right. This monrning I ask the guy cutting the meat to clean the machine, but says its too busy. I had to take goods home and cut it myself. I gave a 3 star because all other department are doing a great job and they always have a large variety of Caribbean products at a reasonable price

I went to the store to buy something the price was incorrect so I told the cashier the price was wrong when she got there she noticed the sign was wrong for the item so she called the manager to see if if he would adjust the price instead the manager asked me if I wanted for free he started yelling and screaming at me they was for other customers on the line this is not the way to treat a customer they have the worst customer service ever I was so upset they would never see me there anymore Im a business owner I spend a lot of money there I would never go back to that store anymore no customer service whats so ever

Better than the others Love Roberto at the door and the Deli/Bakery/Food the best Always pleasant and the cook wow best oatmeal around .Overall all is good ,Never had a problem.Managers/Owner Keep up the good work,Highly recommended.

One of the better bravo supermarkets, way better than the one on Pembroke road. This one is cleaner and more organized. Has a lot of Caribbean and Latin products!
