I had to get ham at the deli department, the employee gave me a ticket, so I had to wait for my number to come up. While waiting , a customer asked was i waiting for the meat department because i was standing at the deli department. ....i told her no, Im waiting for deli , she said I didnt need a number for deli. So i asked the employee why did she have me take a ticket when i didnt need to? I was waiting for 10 min....When u shouldnt have.She should have asked me if I needed assistance for deli or meat department.

If you need to buy fresh produce and meats for cooking this is the place you could easily buy a weeks worth of meats, potatoes, peppers, onions, tomatoes fresh ingredients for under $50 The downside is that items from major supermarket chains you are used to buying are most likely not available here. You are better off going to Publix for stuff like cereal, snacks, and frozen foods. Publix has good deals on meat every so often but produce is always rediculously expensive

They are a part of a community that has many different races however they choose to only hire people who dont speak English they need to hire blackworkers because they make up more than 70% of the community and they can speak English and they can at least stock shelves.

Overall store condition is filthy & smells. Plus the cashiers dont speak English then want to get attitudes when I dont speak Spanish! Excuse me, last time I checked I was in America. What were they thinking when hiring them to deal with the public?

Management horrible at University Dr Presidente they never tries to resolve any problem customer have at store. The manager never comes to see customer.....head cashier rude and unprofessional and headquarter never return nor answer your e-mails.

They have no customer service they treat you like you nothing like you need them even the management is bad. The manager need to go shop at Publix so they could learn about customer service and see how theyre supposed to be treating customers

A vast variety in veggies and fruits from the Caribbean and Latin countries. And the best thing, they have good prices. At the fishery, its always full, that means product is good and doesnt stay frozen forever in display.

Prices and location are great. However, employees need to be a little more flexible or bilingual. Everyone speaks Spanish and not enough English to serve its English speaking customers. Not very professional.
