Hello, I ordered a Giro Hex helmet from you and upgraded to 2 day shipping and now you send me a message telling me you dont have the helmet and it wont be available for one month. I need it this weekend for a race thats why I ordered from you and upgraded. This is ridiculous. I chose you because you have good ratings. Im not convinced Amazon and sellers are honest. How could I possibly wait one month for a helmet? Why dont I just waste half of my race season? Massively disappointed

I went there to fix a tubular wheel.First time I went no problem fixing the wheel . Second time I went , because I had a puncture told me that they did not fixed tubular wheels . I always had the impression that they had an attitude not matter what , and no they are not the best shop in MIAMI.>Went instead to the Mack Cycle and like always , fixed my tubular wheel without even asking me what type of wheel I had. BIKE TIRE REPAIR SCAM! I have been coming to fix my bike tires 4 times in the last year with Ultrabikex. At first, the first few repairs lasted about a month... The last two tire repairs lasted about a week. I just ran into a neighbor that recounted a similar experience, were she realized that they werent actually fixing the bike tires so customers came back faster... SHAME! Since I changed bike repair shop, my bike tires havent failed once.
