Ive shopped at this store for a good portion of my life. My father has too and he knows the owner. She has always had a bad attitude. Shes always really mean and that putting it lightly. Shes mean to me, my dad, and my mom. I dont know what her problem is.We have been nothing but nice to the woman. Today she called me fat. She said I looked too big in something I was trying on....if thats not horrible customer service, i dont know WHAT is.

Saturday 1/17/15 you supported about 65 families at this event. I also found that your selection of clothes is very good. I purchased a light weight hoody sweater and it has gotten lots of use. I went in to buy a new pair of sunglasses, a few hours later i noticed a bubble in the lens (something Ive never seen with Oakley lenses before). I went back in, the lady helped me pick out new glasses similar to the Oakleys, and she exchanged them for a pair of Costa del Mar that cost a little more, but she matched the price. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend to anybody.

AMAZING customer service! I bought a Sector 9 "Lookout" on black friday and found out later that night that the board had a crack. I was upset, but the manager completely agreed to replace my board with a new one that is now on order. :) Fantastic store as well!

Great place, went here randomly one day and asked about a certain fin and ordered it and next day it was there and cheaper then online. Board shorts are on par and flipflops seem to be on par as well. Gone back several times since, always good service
