This guy, Kevin, who is the owner has one thing perfected... Lying right to your face. DO NOT trust him or anything his employees say as he forces them to lie to you as well. I have witnessed first hand his complete lack of respect for people. Among some of the many lies you might hear and their true meaning are: 1) It got delayed in shipment (It was never ordered). 2) It came in but was damaged/defective (It was never ordered). 3) Your hard drive is failing and will need to be replaced (It really could have been fixed but well screw you over to get more money out of you.) 4) On the phone: "Oh you just missed him, call back" (Hes right there listening to you but doesnt want to speak to you.) 5) We can fix it right now for an extra $50 because we are so busy and cant get to it right now. (Ill steal more from you because you need it fixed now even though they are really slow.) 6) "Ill tell Kevin you called and he will call you back." (Good luck ever hearing back from him) 7) It is taking a little long for your part to come in... (We LOST your laptop in all the mess that the store is in and need to see if we can find it sometime this week.) I could go on and on because there are just so many to choose from but I urge you NOT to even set foot in this horrible excuse for a "business" And if you are wondering why the business goes by the name Planet Laptop now and used to be Drive Guys its because he had to change the name due to so many poor ratings and horrible reviews. If you have any doubt, contact the Better Business Bureau. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

I drop off me computer to have widows 10 reloaded. My current windows 10 version started off as windows 8. I seemed to have issues after critical updates. Kevin told me that could happen and that starting off with a windows 10 is better than an updated windows 8 too 10. I backed everything up so he didnt have to. Al I thought he was going to do was unload my current version and load windows 10. I was surprised when I turned on my computer after getting it back to not only see my desk top picture was the same, my folder and file history in my explorer was still there. I thought to myself it is what it is, as long as it works. I go to open an app, the same HP app I had problems with before and it still dont work. I have emailed Keven twice and have left 4 messages with him in the last 12 days. I have yet to hear from him. I had to take my computer somewhere else after paying Kevin $150.

Drive Guys are the BEST MAC/PC repair in Palm beach County! We had brought our MAC to the Apple store, Geek Squad, and other Local so called MAC experts only to pay extortionate and incompetent "Diagnosis fees" with ridiculous estimates. Kevin and the Drive Guys Team got my MAC running better than ever before, at a fraction of the price. Literally saved us over $400 compared to every other so called "expert". Proficiency, Efficiency and truly personal approach to our unique situation. 5 stars to Drive guys of Jupiter.

Not impressed with communication from Drive Guys. Left plenty of messages and did not hear back in a promptly manner. Would have appreciated a phone call when our computers were ready instead of having to call them numerous times. Besides communication issues, friendly place to have work done.

These guys know their hardware. Another shop was going to charge me for a new motherboard, power supply, optical drive and more. But all I needed was a new power supply and some cables. FAR cheaper. It makes me doubt the honesty/competence of the other shop. I will use this shop again.
