I never really got service from them. Why? Well 1st thing I did was leaving a message on their websites contact form and they never called back. Thats fine. They must have a load of the same messages to reply to. I called them because I have a recent built gaming computer that was booting and giving me an error of an unstable PSU. The first thing the person who picked up the phone tells me right away after me telling my problem is that for checking my computer would be an X amount of money. I believe it was $60. By the time Im going to reply that its OK since I have no choice this person just goes ahead and in a very rude manner replies to me just saying that I should just get a new PSU. Seriously? Are you gonna pass the opportunity to charge me for a checkup? Im right here telling you Im not sure and that I need assistance because I have an issue with my computer but instead of being helpful you are just being a rude. Well Thank you for your at least picking up the phone.

I called and basically made an unofficial appointment... the guy who helped me was so helpful and nice. When I got lost (thanks to my gps) omw to this store, he said he would stay and help me even tho they closed at 7pm and I got there at basically 6:50pm. I had an iphone 5s and iphone 6 screen fixed... so far 12 hours since, they look great. The guy said they do offer a 30 day warranty if anything faulty happens to the screens. The location is in little havana but its a cute nice store with street parking. I paid $180 to get both screens fixed. Apparently iphone 5 screens are much cheaper (like $70) compared to 5s b/c they are different screens with different resolution... I will def be back to this place if I need any other phone or computer repairs. They also do website design from what the guy told me. highly recommend!

Had my screen replaced on June 24th from being cracked. The screen went black August 14th and I took it in to have it replaced once again. They advised me that I would be basically paying the almost the full amount of what it cost to replace a new screen which doesnt make sense to me. According to them, the screen has a 30 day warranty although my phone showed no sign of any cracks or water damage. Ive been going to this store for the last maybe 4 years plus and never resisted on price etc. if you have a regular client come to your store that has referred business to you, dont you think you might have handled such a small thing with a little more tact? Lost my business without doubt.

iphone repair specialist!!! Thanks guys for repairing my iPhone 5s screen and also fixing my laptop screen. To make a long story short i was waiting in line at the mall and i had both my iPhone 5s and my laptop and some girl bumped into me and i dropped both my laptop and my iPhone at the same time. So i cracked my iPhone screen and laptop screen. Luckily i found yes geek who did a great job of repairing my iPhone 5s screen and also repaired my laptop screen! number one recommended for laptop screen repair and iPhone 5s screen repair. These guys did an amazing job with my laptop. It was just randomly turning off and I took it there and they had it fixed in 24 hours. And they charged me next to nothing and when I asked why they said because the problem wasnt too complicated. So in other words they had the chance to rip me off but did not. Who does that these days! Bottom line: they are close to Brickell and do an amazing job in little time. I recommend this place for anyone who has any issues with electronics. Just give them a call!

Needed to fix my iPhone screen and I googled a couple places. I went to yesgeek because they had a nice website and the fellow over the phone sounded pleasant so I went in and replaced my screen. They were just as nice as their website. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a perfect looking screen. Best iPhone Repair Miami!

I tried may places and none of them are willing to fix it. computer wizard inc are very knowledgeable, they carry parts in the store. they identified that problem is with bad power connection and fixed it and my computer is back to life now. very happy, will recommend
