there are many of us with learning divisibilitys who really need help in this super computer age. understanding even some of the most basic features can be a real challenge many so called experts, can treat you quite rudely .i met danny from computer express and was instantly put at ease, his open interest in my problems really set me at ease. i had some bad experiences with best buys geek squad but dannys true professionalism really made the difference ... you can have all the computer knowledge there is but if you forget the human factor and basic good will with a customer, that customer will take his business elsewhere . im very glad to have met danny and look forward to a long business relationship. furthermore, i will be pleased to refer my friends to him---- in business as in our personal lives you only get one chance to make a good impresstion, trying to fix a bad first impression is like trying to unring a bell .so i say thank you danny for a job " WELL DONE"

I came in with a 2011 MacBook Pro in bad shape. The soldering on the GPU had failed and the computer wasnt going to load up for me. A call to Apple suggested a logic board replacement which would have been in the neighborhood of $1,200, which is more than a lot of brand new computers. That wasnt a reasonable option. I started calling around after reading about a method to "reball" GPUs and Computer Repair FTL said they could do it. They couldnt guarantee it would work but said they would do their best. The next day I came to pick it up in perfect working order. Ive had it a couple of weeks and its been perfect. They helped me save several hundred dollars. Id strongly recommend them for your computer repair if your machines manufacturer cant fix it at a reasonable price out of warranty. I will be using this company again should any more issues befall my MBP between now and when I upgrade to a 2015 model. Thank you again to the Computer Repair FTL team!

I need my laptop for my business and i use it 18 hours a day. I started getting blue screens and restarts on my laptop, i couldnt work at all, i was feeling like i was up a creek without a paddle. David did a good job taking care of my laptop. He went the extra mile to make my laptop faster and also advised me of how to prevent the issue again ( laptop overheating). The repair was done the same day, which helped me get back on my business. I really appreciate the extra effort to get me going fast.

Im a very tech savy person when i comes to repairing my own computer problems. The other day i run into a registry problem i just couldnt figure it out. So i decided to come down to this local shop and see if the could help. Luckily i was just corrupted key on the registry.The tech at the front figured it out in less than 5 minutes. I wasnt charge for the quick service this time. I will make sure ill bring future business here.

Beware of David outrageous price range Hell start low just to get you in the door Check the value of your computer to see if its worth repairing Amazon and ebay offer a lot of parts at a low cost every computer has a model number I didnt do my research before I brought my pc in to these guys I ended up paying more than what my pc was worth Will not recommend this shop to anyone

Terrible Service. I brought my desktop in to fix a minor audio issue that was affecting the volume control. I got the desktop back with a busted power adaptor and a pc that cant even boot into the OS anymore. I tried troubleshooting and this thing is totally inoperable now. So now I have to bring it to someone who can actually fix a computer.

Luis, i have to say you save my life. I had all my work from 8 years in my laptop when i got the FBI Virus. I was shocked and didnt know what to do. I thought i lost all my files. I took my laptop to this computer shop and Luis was able to remove the virus. All my files are still intact. I would definitely come back again. Thanks

Wow, great service! I called after hours and was answered immediately along with getting scheduled that next morning. Theres nothing better than a computer tech coming to your home to fix the problems you created by downloading the wrong stuff. Overall a good experience from start to finish. I needed a motherboard replacement for my macbook pro. The game a rough estimate over the phone and told me how long it would take to source the part. I accepted the quote and brought it in. A few days later Dave called me up and said my macbook was ready for pick up.

Fraud alert! Do not go to this computer repair place. I paid them to upgrade my 2011 iMac hard drive to ssd and they left the original hard drive in and told me it was upgraded while charging me $370. David was the repair person who oversaw the fake and fraudulent upgrade.
