My ups package was dropped off here since they are a ups access point. I came on Friday march 25, 2016 at 530pm, as early as I could considering I work business hours in SW Miami dade, but they were not open and their door sign says they are open Fridays until 6p. Additonally, my US delivery email says they are open until 6p today. I need my package today and Im on the phone with ups as I write this to see what they will do because I need them to have someone to come open this shop now to give me my package. this has not happened before with a previous package I picked up from here but that was my only other experience with this business. 0 stars but thats not an option.

Best service ever. I took my computers there numerous time for different problems and I was stratify with the results. My computer screen cracked and she repair it the same day. I had a different computer that would turn on and the screen remain gray. I went to a different shop, who claim to fix it and it went gray when I went home. She fix it and I didnt have to come back with the same issues. I like how she explain what she is doing. Most computer shop fail to do that and charge outrageous price for their service. The price is fair.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE! I took my laptop because it had a virus and it came back worse. When I would type the letters would come out wrong and the mouse area is totally screwed up! The worst part is that when I took it back they claimed my computer was already like this and that they couldnt do anything. I wish there was a review of this place before I had gone!

Very honest! I went to repair the port to charge my laptot, she took it inside and tested it with another charger and told me that it wasnt broken, it was the charger! Thank you!
