Just coming to FL I needed to take my pc repair, the person who served me was extremely rude and despot, so I noticed apparently suffers seriously Xenophobia. While talking to him about my case I did not understand because he thumped the PC keyboard that was using. After this episode, I understand because the store is usually empty. A tip for the owner (s): If you want to improve sales / services should dismiss staff and hire people that really know what it means to be on the Customer Services. I hope you are open to receive people who are willing to take these jobs, that really want to give a good customer service attention, and thereby increase sales and services. *** Recién llegando a FL tuve la necesidad de llevar mi equipo a reparar, la persona que me atendió fue sumamente grosera y déspota, por lo que noté al parecer sufre seriamente de Xenofobia. Mientras conversaba con él sobre mi caso no comprendí porque le daba _golpes_ al teclado del PC que estaba usando en la caja. Luego de este episodio, comprendo porque la tienda normalmente se encuentra vacía. Un consejo para el dueño(s): Si quieren mejorar las ventas/servicios deberían despedir a personas así y contratar personal que realmente sepa lo que significa estar en La Atención al Cliente. Espero que estén abiertos a recibir personas que estén dispuestas a tomar estos puestos de trabajo, que realmente deseen dar una buena atención al cliente, y con ello, aumentar las ventas y servicios.

Their terrible! Im enraged that I took my computer to them!!! I took my computer to get looked at it had problems and then they gave me their prices, I decided not to go through with it at the time because my funds were low. I recently moved, I took my computer to a place up the street and they informed me that the hard drive was missing, I was enraged!!!! They were the last person to open up the computer and for whatever reason somebody took out the hard drive and returned the computer without the hard drive in it. That was years of memories videos and documents that Ive had since I was 12 tons of pics and videos of pets and family that passed away on there!!!!!! They claim they cant find it but they were the last one to have looked at it, therefore Im going to sue because of their careless nature! They shouldnt be hiring untrustworthy technicians, they should be hiring technicians that are honest and great at what they do instead of being in a rush to find any uneducated technicians all the time thats how they end up with all these problems!!!! Do not go there unless you want you want to be scammed and lied to!

I took my fully functioning laptop to Solution Computer Inc. in to I took my fully functioning laptop in for it to be updated from Windows XP. I left it with them and they said they would call me by the end of the day. End of the day came and no one called me so I showed up as they were closing. I went home to turn on my laptop to know a blank screen. I went and asked another computer repair company what the issue could be. They advised me that the hard drive had been removed. I return to Solution Computer and they advise me that they would look at it again and look around to see what may have happened to my hard drive/laptop. They advised me to leave it again. I went back to get it this morning and they said they dont know what happened. I let them know that this is not how I brought it to them and something needed to be corrected to its prior conditiont. He began to wrap up my computer and asked me to leave. I thought this was a reputable business. The fact I brought them a fully functioning laptop that just needed an update to a laptop that is now missing a hard drive and no answers as to how this happened.

Good customer service. Horrible execution. I decided (against my better judgment) to have my PS3 serviced here. First off, they did NOT FIX the only issue I went in to have fixed but instead told me over the phone “there were some other issues that our technician found that need to be fixed.” I am an A+ and MCP technician myself. I just did not have the time to fix my PS3 and had the money to spend for once. Secondly, when I asked if the HDMI had been fixed, they had no way to show me that it had. I took my console home and wouldn’t you believe it, my HDMI still did not work on any of the 5 HDMI cables I have (one was new out of the package) or the 3 flat screens that I own( one that was less than a week old). I recently serviced my PS3 myself using an online resource that was VERY thorough. I REGRET ever seeing this place or walking in and trying to give a local business my money.

BAD BAD BAD SCAM ALL REVIEWS ARE POSTED BY OWNER $80 DOLLARS JUS TO CHECK IF u say no 80 dollars they keep in ther poket the owna julio is no good one of his worker told me that the compani is always charging to much and he gave me his number to do it after he jet off work i think his name is jeff jeff told me it would be 30 dollars if he did it outside of work i called the store to speak to jeff and jef not working that day i said to them no fix my computer they make fun of me and they take my memory and hard drive box out the computer and then gave it back to me they want to charge me 200 dolla to install bootleg windows i tell them i pay 30 the guy say no no then julio called me more names DO NOT I TELL YOU DO NOT GO THERE JULIO WILL JUST MAKE FUN OF YOU FORBEING HAITION OR INDIAN BAD MAN HE STOLE MY PARTS AND MY 80 DOLLA

THIEF AND LIAR- I dropped off my laptop telling him my battery would work sometimes. He said it cost $20 to diagnose it (click a button) I knew prior to going that the batter was fine. I called him when he said I should and he told me I needed to replace the battery and that it would cost over $100. I told him I know the battery is fine and that we should work out a deal to fix the computer. He said come pick it up and hung up. When I picked it up a man was pissed off with a TV and said he got tricked too. In summation: 1. He didnt touch my computer 2. Charged me $20 for collecting dust on his shelf 3. He straight up lied to me

Its possible they are good at software, not sure. Took pc for repairs, they said the motherboard was busted, broke my ram in the "repairs" I brought it back home and it was still broken and now with 2 gigs of ram instead of 8. I took it back, they refused to fix it and claimed i must have broken it myself. Took it to tiger direct, motherboard is broken beyond repair, looks like they did nothing but break my ram and charge me 170$. Got my money back through card company, SCAMMERS DO NOT TRUST!!!!
