I cannot say enough about both the quality of the White Magnolia itself and the diligence and efficiency of its staff. Before visiting the White Magnolia, I shopped around at a few other dress stores. What I learned while I was looking at the other stores was that the atmosphere is very intimate no matter where you go--someone will always hear you, and someone will always be there to assist you. This was the only time in my life that I had ever experienced this individual type of shopping. The other boutiques I visited were nice enough and versatile; however the staff at the White Magnolia, especially Ashley, was beyond what I would have asked for or expected. From the time I walked in until the time I found my dress and left,I held Ashleys undivided attention. Obviously every appointment is meant to be perfect for each bride and some things will not go according to plan, but when any outside problems arose (people knocking on the door, people calling, etc..) Ashley apologized, handled the business, and returned within just a few moments. There was never a moment where I did not feel that the attention was intended to be on me. My mother, grandmother, and maid of honor accompanied me to my appointment and were treated with the same respect and courteousness that I was, which was refreshing considering that I felt differently at other stores. When I registered with Ashley, she was careful to ask exactly what I was looking for in a dress, my price point, and she asked about the venue and style of the wedding as well. She never once pushed me toward a dress I did not love, and she only brought up price when I would pick a dress that was within or outside of my price range. She assisted me in zipping the dresses as needed and was so accommodating with taking my picture and allowing me as much time as I needed to make an informed decision. My family was just as impressed with her genuine attitude and friendly demeanor and we ordered my (perfect) dress that day. Since then, she has checked in with me to let me know the progress on my dress and she has been there for any concerns and questions I have had. She also works at a bridesmaid shop where I decided to get my bridesmaid dresses because I had such an amazing experience at the White Magnolia. Overall, the shop is gorgeous and clean with a minimalist style. The owner, Kerrie, has done a beautiful job with decorating the space and providing all the necessary elements to make choosing the most important dress you will ever wear a memorable experience. I have recommended the White Magnolia to other bride friends of mine who have had equally as wonderful experiences with nothing negative to say. Hopefully there will not be any more weddings in my future, but if there are, I know where I will be shopping for my dress. I cant wait for my dress to come in and to work with them in the months leading up to my big day. Thanks again to Ashley!

What a magnificent bridal boutique. I have been to a total of 5 places to try on dresses and TWM hands down is the best. I even went to Bridals By Lori in ATL and their service is nothing compared to TWM. I went in for a prelim appointment so that in January for my appt, I have picked a concrete selection for my fam to help me choose from.My family is on vacay overseas for 3 months and decided to go on my own bec I know that on my January appt, theyd be very opinionated. So why not have a prelim appt? TWM thought it was a great idea and allowed me to come on my own. My consultant was Ashley, who was extremely helpful. She never pressured me, gave me great suggestions, & was beyond awesome. Kerrie was not in at the time....Ive read reviews that Kerrie is also great, but let me tell you, everyone working there is friendly and offers the best service. TWM had great selection of dresses. Ashley even told me that if I really wanted a dress to try on and they didnt have a sample, they could request a sample from the designer. Which I will be asking her to do so bec there is one modern trousseau dress I am in love with. Prices of dresses tend to be more on the pricier side bec they are designer gowns so be prepared to splurge. But their prices arent as ridiculously high like for instance Bridals By Lori. you can actually find great dresses for under 4k. My honest opinion, you only get married one time in your life(well most do not all), why be cheap on a dress that is pictured throughout the day? Save throughout the year by not splurging on buying regular outfits at cheap stores, or quit throwing money on alcohol in one year. You will def be able to afford address at TWM. Priorities ladies!!! The experience I had at TWM was amazing and I cannot wait to bring my mom in when shes back from vacay. Thank you Ashley and TWM for being the best in the industry & in town.

I HIGHLY recommend all brides-to-be check out The White Magnolia (TWM) in Tampa. I recently bought my dress here and could not be more thrilled with the entire process. I had been to a number of stores ranging from high-end boutiques to warehouse sales and wish I was able to find TWM sooner! They are located in the quaint neighborhood of Hyde Park and from first impression they truly care about their brides and business. The inside is decorated beautifully and the dresses are well taken care of and displayed in an easy to browse manner. Appointments are booked for an hour and a half and the entire store is yours! Ashley took time at the beginning of the appointment to get to know me, my mom and what I was looking for. She was super sweet and wonderful to work with. I couldnt believe how helpful she was with each dress I tried on, explaining any and everything I could ask about and never once pressuring me to purchase. Once I had my dress on, we all knew it! Ashley talked me through the process of ordering and receiving. If youre in the Tampa are or can even make a trip down, The White Magnolia in Tampa is totally worth it!

:( Visited twice both times was a less then great experience which is so sad considering the excellent reviews I found online. The price point is very high - which i expected, but with a 2k - 2,500 budget i expected to find something. But considering it had much less of quality of dress and service then expected both times. the 1st time the previous apt ran 30 min over - thus delaying my apt (1st ever dress apt!!!) and they had to call in someone from another shop. The second time i found myself pitted against my mothers opinions - and you can hear what everyone has to say since the dressing rooms are in the same area as the mirrors where you have to show the dress. Every bride knows its a very emotional decision and everyone has opinions, you need a moment to hear your own thoughts and for opinions - your and theirs to be heard - separately. I did not feel listened too and though I tried very very hard to buy my dress here (trust me I did) at every turn the experience was not right. I felt very pressured and was very displeased with the service. Would NOT recommend any bride to go here.
