Absolutely fabulous! The stores appearance, the customer service, the condition of the gowns and the selection is by far the best in Jacksonville. I had been looking for a dress for almost two months in between Jacksonville and Nashville. I was very disappointed with the Jacksonville stores selections until I came across One Fine Day. I had been following a designer on Instagram, he posted a dress I adored. I looked up on his website and saw where he carried a few of his dresses at this store. I called at noon and Olivia was so sweet on the phone and fit me in that afternoon!! Lindsay even stayed late after the store had closed! The store is by far the nicest of any in Jacksonville. Its clean, bright and fresh, the dresses are in pristine condition, the girls who assisted me were so sweet and definitely knew their stuff. I highly recommend any bride go here as its the only place you will need to go. Thank you SO much to Lindsay and Olivia for the over the top customer service. You ladies are a fabulous and passionate at what you do and it definitely shows.

I loved one fine day bridal!!! I went to three other bridal salons and I had terrible experiences. This was the best place that I went to. Lindsey was the girl who helped me and she was amazing. She was very patient with me and let me try on some of the same dresses multiple times to make sure that I picked the right one for me. Also the place is by appointment only and I dont know if it was coincidence but everytime I went I was the only girl there trying on dresses. It was nice because I was able to take my time and didnt feel rushed. Lindsey was also great with my mom and all of my friends. Not to mention I liked almost every dress I tried on there! They have an amazing selection. I would recommend them over any other bridal salon in Jacksonville! I loved them!!!

One Fine Day Bridal Salon is really amazing! I was referred to this bridal salon from a friend. This was the first and last place that I went to get THE dress. When I first went there, Olivia was really nice and helpful. I was only able to get off the rack dresses since my wedding is coming up within the next couple of months. The dresses that I tried on fit me and were so beautiful. After taking a week to think about my options and going to another place this past weekend, I knew I wouldnt find another dress like the one I chose. Olivia was really great and she was extremely helpful and attentive. She helped me with design options for the other dresses that I tried on. She was great and this place was worth every penny I spent! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had such a fabulous experience with the amazing staff at One Fine Day Bridal Salon! Everyone was super friendly from the initial scheduling of my appointment for my dresses all the way through the purchasing process. Shelia, the owner is amazing. She knows exactly what every girl needs and wants when planning for their special day. Olivia assisted me through my excitement and answered any every question I had. They were not pushy and deserve a pat on the back. I wish every business had more customer service like they do. They really know how to take care of their customers! The store was absolutely beautiful and they have the best designer dresses. I would recommend them to any friends or family who are interested in making their special day unforgettable!!

The ladies in the shop were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to get an appointment on the same day when my mom and I decided to take advantage of a free afternoon. They selected several different styles for me to try on, as it was my first time trying dresses. I tried on about 8 dresses of various styles before I found "the one." I was thankful for the time they took to let me try on different veils and sashes until we found the combination that made the dress just right for me. I was even able to buy the dress off rack (and it was in excellent condition, unlike samples Id seen when dress shopping with friends). I would definitely recommend One Fine Day for other brides!

One Fine Day is amazing! After having a terrible experience at another salon, One Fine Day went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend going to One Fine Day for all your bridal attire. I was not able to find a more helpful staff anywhere else in Jacksonville. Olivia listened to me, gave me advice, and genuinely cared about my big day (regardless of who I purchased the dress from). Looking back, I wish I would have gone with One Fine Day from the beginning but I’m lucky to have found them when I did! I cannot thank Olivia and One Fine Day Bridal enough for everything they did for me.

I went to One Fine Day the weekend after my very first dress shopping experience the weekend prior which had been a bit overwhelming. Olivia, at One Fine Day, was like a breath of fresh air- quick to note I had been overwhelmed by all the options and totally knew how to be patient yet officiant! They had a fantastic and unique selection with reasonable prices and you can consign there too! Costumer service was excellent and Olivia was extremely professional. Highly recommend!

I went to many shops to try dresses and this was BY FAR THE BEST!! Olivia helped me and squeezed me in when there was a cancellation. She gave me so much time and attention it was a fantastic experience!! She also really listened about my budget and allowed me to look at only off the rack gowns to help me stay in budget and prevent me from falling in love with a gown I couldnt afford. I will definitely be telling anyone I know looking for a wedding gown to go here.

One fine day is amazing, this is the third bridal salon Ive tried, and by far the best. What I loved about them was they took care of all the sample dresses so well, each one looked like it had never been worn. They were so kind and caring and in no rush to get you out. They made it the experience I was looking for. Thank you one fine Day I cant wait to walk down the isle in my dress!

Love LOVE LOVE this bridal shop. We did not have an appointment but Jenny was so kind to let us come inside & look real quick... AND THEN we found the dress!!! The shop has a huge selection with many different styles and Jenny was so wonderful in the whole process! I live in Nashville, have tried on 30 dresses and finally found something elegant and classy at ONE FINE DAY.

While I didnt find "the dress" here, I really enjoyed my first attempt at wedding dress shopping! Lindsey was attentive and friendly and picked some gorgeous dresses for me to try on, and my family and I had fun rack shopping for some to try on as well. The shop is beautiful and designed so that even if you arent the only bride there, you still feel like its all about you!

I went into this shop on a Saturday (and they graciously accepted me in for a walk in appointment) I worked with Lindsay and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The shop is beautiful with lovely dresses in so many styles. I found the dress I loved, and am so happy with it. A wonderful bridal salon!
