I was taking my daughter shopping for a prom dress and everything was going well. The employees actually picked the dress she choose to buy. My problem was when I asked if they could hold it for a little bit because we were going to pick up a few more items. They talked back in fourth in their launage and finally said an hour. I have always thought when you hold an item for someone they put it behind the counter , we came back less than thirty minutes later and we walked in and the lady at the register looked at me like oh your back. They put the dress back on the rack thinking I was not wanting to buy it. I will not shop there again, thet were very disrespectful when I bought it.

These people have zero return policy and the lady is pushy with selling the dress. She kept saying how good of a price it was, and it was. But I did not appreciate her being extremely repetitive and pushy. And I did not want to buy the dress, but my mother made me buy it for my sweet sixteen. The lady kept telling my mother how great of a dress it was, to where I had little say. But I really want to return the dress and I am not able to look up their return policy on the internet. It has only been one day and I wish to buy another one.

I found a dress today after a long day search I wasnt very comfortable with my weight in many dresses Ive tried on for the day but I was tempted to just leave and give up prom :( but the ladys that worked in there were so sweet and kind I felt so loved honestly She insisted a dress that was way out my comfort zone and I was in love i finally found my dress and Im so thankful for their help they really make you feel beautiful

Today I walked in to the store for the second time and I was afraid that I wont find a prefect dress to wear for my friends sweet 15s and the nicest lady help me find a beautiful dress and I was thankful for her help:) and I love her honesty too. If youre looking for a prom dress or party dress then I recommend you to go this store at the avenues mall.

Went to the store with my fiancé, dresses were great prices. With that said, one of the ladies working was rude and extremely pushy. She kept talking about competitive prices and changing it when my fiancé expressed a desire to put it on hold and look at other dresses. By far the worst customer service I have ever had.
