To begin, this place is disgusting and dirty! Secondly they ordered me the completely wrong size and then wanted me to pay for their alterations. Yeah right! I had tried on a store sample that fitted perfectly (bridesmaid dress) and ordered that exact size 3 months before the wedding. I went in the week before the wedding to pick up the dress, because I lived out of town and they gave me a dress 2 sizes smaller than I had ordered. I put on a smile and tried to squeeze into it. In front of other customers the owner publicly embarrassed me saying that I had "been enjoying myself a little to much and put on some weight". In fact I had lost a little weight since then. They offered to alter the dress for me and I nicely refused, then took it to a nice Slovenian lady in Eastlake. I even asked to see the store model, but conveniently it was discontinued and no longer in the store. I didnt mention it to the bride because I didnt want her to worry about it. I later learned from the other bridesmaids that the wrong sizes were ordered for them too! Horrible customer service.

I had a really bad experience here this spring/summer. I was a member of a bridal party in which the wrong measurements were taken and then the wrong size dresses were ordered. When it was brought up to the seamstress who had measured us, she refused to take any responsibility for her mistakes (in fact, she blamed us for "losing weight"), and nothing was done by the shop owner to remedy the situation. Alterations are expensive, especially when you have to have a dress completely remade because it is literally 4 sizes too big. One bridesmaid ended up having $150 worth of alterations done to correct the shops ordering and measuring errors. Having their mistakes blamed on us is completely insulting and unprofessional. I have been in many other bridal shops where the employees are eager to help you, but this is not one of those stores.

They are amazing here. Look no further. I couldnt find the dress that I loved in my size and Raffie went out of her way to make my dreams happen. I have a large bridal party and I did change my mind a couple of times and never fear her and Mike were wonderful. Great people, great prices and just all around WONDERFUL. I am getting my bridal gown here, bridesmaid dresses, flower girls dress and check this out GOLD Shoes that I have been looking for. They have it all. Ladies if you take offense easily, DONT. Raffie will tell you what looks beautiful on YOU! And if doesnt look beautiful on you, she will find one that does. LOOK NO FURTHER!

We bought both my daughters wedding dresses and my moms dress from here!! They went above and beyond to alter the dresses, even with my mother missing her fitting appt due to being hospitalized, raphie made sure everything was perfect and even altered the dress at her house so it would be done in few days for the wedding!!!! Cant thank her and the shop enough for all the hard work and love they put into helping finish up this special day!!!! If you want it, they can do it!!! 1000 times better then davids bridal!!! Love love love them all

I was married about a year ago and purchased all of my bridesmaids dresses at the Bridal and Tuxedo Emporium. Unfortunately, I didnt go there for my dress but my close friend did and they were just as great for her as they were for me. The alterations are reasonable and timely. We love Raffie-she is honest and to the point...no time wasting here! I would go back anytime! As a matter of fact I am having them do the preservation on my dress. Olivia

My daughter and I discovered this shop back in November, and the service was far superior to what we experienced in the other stores we visited. I am the bride and my daughter is my matron of honor, which was a little unusual but Mike and Raffi welcomed us, listened to us and our needs, and never tried to oversell us. I purchased two dresses there and would highly recommend them as a quality, locally owned and operated store.
