Bought my wedding dress from Galleria Gowns, was told alterations would be $120- $200. After 2 fittings my dress was no where close to fitting ( my size did not change). Come to find out they want to change mr $400 for alterations. I talked them down to $300ish including tax. Had to take my dress to another seamstress. She had to completely redo everything Galleria Gowns did to my dress. The beading had to be totally redone. There were stitches made by GG that were not needed and made the dress look akward around the waist. And finally The new seamstress had to take out an additional 3 inches that GG did not do (GG had my dress sitting too low. My dress was suposed to sit on my hips). Which inturn caused my new seamstress to have to do extra work on the top, that shouldve been already done by GG. I then called GG to request a full refund. Not only did they request a picture of me in my dress (after the new alterations were made by the seamstess) for their file (which did not seem right) but i got refunded $60 out of the $300ish. They completely ruined my dress, I was driving 50minutes from Medina to Wickliffe OH. And at the end of the day, still did not get my full refund. The woman at GG are really nice, but when its all said and done, they over charged me, and they were aware of it. I was told their seamstresses were the best around. Not even close.Terrible experience. I would NEVER go back to this store. I would not even recomemd this store even for a flower girl/bridesmaid dress. I would go anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience with this store. The girls were absolutely wonderful and the alterations were done impeccably! Their new store is fantastic as well! I was an out of town bride and they worked with me so well! They scheduled a full day to work on my alterations for me. I felt relaxed and stress-free about everything. Their prices are fair, especially for the work they do! I highly recommend!

I didnt book an appointment, so I cant really say anything about the staff. The staff was helping another bride try on dresses, and they seemed very helpful to her. The bridal dress selection is small and, I think, overpriced for the quality and material. I would compare the type of dresses here to a Davids Bridal. It might be worth popping in, but there are better stores in the area.

I absolutely loved my experience at Galleria! The staff was very attentive and knew just what I wanted before I knew. They are very good at reading both the bride and the entourage in order to create the perfect experience. The selection was excellent and priced affordably. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an individualized dress shopping experience!

By far the best bridal salon in Cleveland! Not only did they have the nicest and largest selection of bridal gowns but I couldnt believe how affordable they all were! The staff was so helpful and entertaining. They have their own in house bridal designer that works miracles. I love love love this place and everyone I know is a Galleria fan!

We ordered a wedding dress and put down a large deposit, but later had to cancel. We were afraid of losing our down payment since this is the policy. I talked to the owner, who was very reasonable and helpful, and she was able to cancel the order and give us a credit. We are grateful. Thanks for all your help!

Absolutely love this store and the staff! The family of women here are so sweet, helpful and always professional! I purchased two dresses (veil and jewelry) from here after visiting ever other store in the Cleveland area! Prices are great and there is a huge selection in the small space! Highly recommended!

I recently visited galleria gowns with my mom. When we entered we werent greeted or asked if we needed any help, we continued to look at dresses and still no one asked if we needed help.. Its safe to say we wont be returning.

My friend chose our bridesmaids dresses from this store. Dont listen to them if you know your size! I usually wear a 2-4 and they ended up giving me an 8. I swim in it. Now I have to pay extra to get it sized to me.

I went there because the Montage by Mon Cheri website said this store carried their dresses. They had only a handful. None of them were ones that I liked from Montages website. Not very helpful
