They have been having the same closing sale since January!! I work at the engineering firm just down the street and a few people from my firm dropped in to check it out after seeing a sign waver. When ask about it on Facebook by multiple users including myself they responded 1. "We actually just started this sale April 20th but the sale will happen while supplies last. Have you seen any other going out of business posts from us?" 2. "We can still finance because its through a finance company. You pay them and they pay us. Get how that works :)" 3. I assure you were are closing... We will not be reopening. (Like they have in the past. Look at the other yelp reviews from before they closed last time) 4. I am very sarcastic but just trying to explain to you how you can finance with a store closing. 5. We have a 4.7 rating on google I think we do just fine with customer service... but I am accepting tips on how to improve. Prices are not great, in stock inventory and presentation are lacking, customer service is severely lacking. I gave it one star because its the lowest rating possible. Ive never had an experience this poor with a furniture store before.

I visited this business today and received excellent customer service! Mr. Preston took me all around the showroom and described every couch to me in detail then pulled up the honest price on the iPad. He made sure I was more than comfortable & cool as I walked through the store, signed my paperwork, and visited the warehouse as I am 7 months pregnant. I was open about my budget and he tried his best to get me what I wanted for that price. They were not swift salesman by any means I felt no pressure to add extra warranty, delivery, or set up. Matt went over all the financing details with me and was very professional. They simply want to satisfy the customers needs. I was in and out of the store within an hour and they happen to have an extra of the sofa I ordered in the warehouse out back so a few hours later they had my beautiful sectional delivered to my house. I love how painless they made this process after searching for a sectional for months and visiting many retailers. Im laying on it now and very happy with my purchase as well as the price! Great quality product for a fraction of the cost.

I wish I could give this company 5 stars as I love my furniture, but the customer service has been nothing short of attrocious! I ordered my furniture at the end of May and all was great! I was told it would be delivered on a certain date and it never showed up and I never got a call from my sales guy Matt even though I had texted and called him the day of delivery. A few days later my furniture was finally delivered to only have the mirror to my dresser missing. Again I called Matt and turns out he forgot to order it. He said he would get it ordered and then delivered to me free of charge. At this point I would have happily accepted this answer and given a great review, but it is now almost a month later and I still dont have my mirror. I have been lied to twice this past week and told my mirror would be delivered on Thursday and then Sunday and no one has ever shown up. I have reached out to Matt multiple times at this point and still have yet to get a response. It is unfortunate that their customer service is hideous as the price and quality of furniture is outstanding!

I went to buy two lamps that were in the memorial special. Iwould never buy at Arlington, Jacksonville again. They had a Memorial day promotion on a living room set for 999.99, but I asked if I could change the table sets and they told me yes, but if the value of that set was over the price of the one i was changing they would take the diference and splited in two and i would have to pay one halve. When they were preparing the sales papers the other salesman included the complete diference in the invoice. I asked to speak with the manager and after he heard what i had to say he told me thats Room to gos policy and that i already had sign the sale. I told him that he just threw Rooms to go image down to the floor because he doesnt stand behind his salesman word. This is why Ill never buy at Rooms to Go store at Arlington, Jacksonville. The Manager does not back up his Salesman word to his customer.

I recently went to Rooms to go and shopped around and on the internet for my sectional and bedroom set. Right before I decided to make a purchase I saw this store off of Phillips Highway while leaving BJs. Walked in and was greeted by a gentleman named Steve. I cannot begin to tell you how helpful and honest he was. I never care to write reviews but for the first time I was treated as a customer and not as a person someone can make money off of. The greatest part of it all is that when I bought my sectional and bedroom set I was intrigued to truly see how much I saved. I literally got a steal because I saved a little more than 50% off of everything I got. **** Again I never care to do reviews but I am so grateful to this company I really hope everyone at least gives them a chance to save you money with their wide selection of furniture. ****

There are no words to describe how awesome this place is. Iowas looking for a new bed and took my two babies with me so I had to take my oversized double stroller with me. I couldnt take the stroller in very far so a man named Zodak sat with my babies while I looked around. They have a tablet there that you can use to either email or text furniture you like to yourself so I found some I liked so I could show my husband. After my husband and I decided I was able to call Zodak and order the bed and pay for it over the phone. He even text messaged me pictures of the receipts. After ordering out only took 4 business days for my bed to arrive. I would recommend them to everyone. They even worked with my budget. ABF and Zodak are the absolute best when it comes to furniture!

I called today to ask a few questions I had regarding delivery options. I spoke with Matt. He answered all my questions and I was about to get off the phone with him when he asked which couch I had in mind. I am glad he asked because I was advised the model I was looking at would take 12-16 weeks to arrive. He then provided several other models that were similar or better. With his help I was able to select a couch and love seat that were even nicer than the original model and would arrive on the date I needed! I would highly recommend calling and talking to Matt if you have any questions. He was very patient with me and I never felt rushed to make a decision. Great customer service!! Thanks Matt.

Great customer service and quality furniture. Before visiting Atlantic Bedding and Furniture, my boyfriend and I had about had it with furniture shopping due to the high prices and pushy salespeople. Contrary to our previous experiences, the staff at Atlantic Bedding and Furniture were friendly and laid back in addition to being extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were also very impressed with their prices and the selection of furniture. After we purchased furniture for several rooms, our furniture was delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend going to Atlantic Bedding and Furniture for all of your furniture needs!
