This is worth the read!! Amazing service. Terrible quality furniture i spent 1300 on couch love seat and chair and the love seat is breaking and staples are falling out of chair and is already wearing out. So if you do get anything from there get the longest warrenty you can cause if you dont you will not be happy. 《《《《This was 2months ago. Well i went back on july 3rd to get Nother ben h because my cousin broke it. And they were good with it of course lol. Well they confronted me about this post and they told me send pics to an email of theirs and they would gladly take care of the problem. They said they tryd calling me many times but i didnt pay my phone bill so they couldnt get a hold of me. They said they would get everything of my issues fixed and i am happy for that. You get great service by everyone in that building! Great with working with you and trying to help you find what you want i absoutly love this place and i will cont to go there.

my boyfriend and i went into american freight to buy a matress and ended up leaving with a mattress and a livingroom table set. a week later we were called to pick up the mattress and we were then told that the tables will be in in 2 weeks. well, 4 weeks goes by (two weeks longer than expected) and we never recieved a call. i called in, and a complete moron/ a-hole picks up the phone and is completely rude to me. i said "we have been waiting for our tables that were supposed to be in 2 weeks ago" and the guy said "FRIDAY" "well what happened?" "FRIDAY" "ok, are you going to call us?" "FRIDAY" so another 3 weeks go by and i call again and their excuse was "we go them in yesterday. no one called you? the truck broke down like 4 times on the way here." where in america could a person be delivering furniture from for it to take almost 2 months?

I had the worst experience with this company. They had to deliver my furniture 3 times first 2 times it was broke, now 2 1/2 months later I find out that the couch and love seat are full of bed bugs, I am disgusted I have searched every bed, large chair, carpets, curtains, anything and everything from top to bottom and they are only in my couches. I also have proof from my sons doctor that I have had he there numerous times over "bites" since I got the furniture, this is bs, I have no way to buy new furniture and my children are suffering from it. I have no choice but to throw away furniture and sit on the floor, what will the company do to fix this problem, and yes come tomorrow I will be calling better business bureau. I had a horrible experience and will never buy from them again. I purchased my sofa a little over a year ago and bought the extra insurance. I should have no from the start it was a mistake. The day of the delivery I waited and my sofas never came so I called and was told that they were not in stock. I went back and picked out another sofa. When it arrived the delivery men were careless and damaged my sofa. When it came to the insurance I was told they would replace anything, no questions asked. Recently the seams began to tear on my sofa and I called about getting it fixed. All I got was the run around and a headache. Everyone I talked to told me something different and my sofa still isnt fixed. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to never shop with American Freight.

I have purchased several items from American Freight, living room sets, beds, dining room, etc. Every time I come in, even when I was just browsing, staff is always personable and helpful. Recently, I bought a sectional for my living room. Shortly after it was delivered, I discovered one of the reclining pieces was not working. I contacted the store, they gave me the email of the person I should contact, and they replaced the piece at no cost (I had to bring it in myself). I appreciate the no-hassle buying experience, the layaway option, and willingness to make things right. American Freight is always my first option when Im looking for a piece of furniture. I will NEVER shop here again! Way back in the day this was a great place to go, not anymore! I walked around the store for a good 15 minutes and the "salesmen" , more like salesBOYS didnt even once ask how they could help me. I found a bed and dining room table that took FOREVER to get to me AND they forgot the table so my MIL and I wasted another day away waiting for them to get there. It got there and the delivery guy sat the 90 lb box in and put in on my living room floor!! REALLY?!?! The bed didnt even have all the hardware/tools to put it together so my MIL had to drive to the damn store to get them! I really wanted my money back but unfortunately all sales are final.

I purchased a bunk bed several months ago for a nice price. All staff was very helpful and friendly. The bed was delivered and assembled for an extra cost. The workers who delivered and assembled the bed were professional and very nice. However, the bed is falling apart. After only a week, the supporting board underneath completely cracked and fell off. Many of the screws are loose and require special tool to tighten. The bed and also very wobbly and rocks back and forth. Frankly, Im afraid this bed is going to collapse with kids sleeping in it. Very upset and disappointed. Not sure if its just very poor quality or it was not assembled quite right.

I recently moved back home to Canton from Florida and needed everything. I purchased a stand for for my TV, a Double-Reclining Couch and a separate Recliner. I also needed a King-Size Bed. I slept on the bed last night and didnt want to get up this morning as it was so comfortable. The staff there was very helpful and easy to deal with. So far, I am very happy with everything I got there and the delivery staff were nice, on time and all of the furniture was delivered in perfect condition. I definitely will be going back in the future for any additional needs that will come up and highly recommend American Freight to everyone.

Great furniture for the money. Our salesman Dave was so helpful!! Delivery and service were amazing. We were forced to swap out a sectional that didnt fit, and the manger (sorry forgot name...Lars maybe?) helped us find a swap, and gave us a discount on the new furniture to make it happen. Mike and Theo (deliverymen) picked up a few bucks moving furniture we had on a trailer from our old home. These guys were amazing, and we asked for them to deliver the replacement set! I will be back. BTW! We decided to buy because we saw the same furniture for twice the cost at a value furniture store. TWICE! Uh....no. Thanks all!
