I do not even give them a star. I literally ordered a light fixture months ago and when I placed the order they said it would be 2 weeks. It has been 2 months and still no chandelier. They also took a deposit at the time of order and said the remaining balance would be due when it arrived. 4 days later, I was charged the balance. I called to ask if it had come in and they said no they charged the balance to insure that I received a discount. I called today and was on hold literally for 43 minutes. I hung up and called back. Someone answered and then placed me on hold. Another 8 minutes passed and the lady that picked up the phone said she will have to call me back because she is in the middle of something. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. The merchandise is beautiful, but you can find the same item 1/2 the price at another store in town and the workers are the rudest bunch of people I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Never again.

Worst furniture store experience and customer service I have ever dealt with. Sales women were nice in the store, but both times I purchased items (a kitchen table & chars & a chaise lounge) I was misinformed. Dont buy the blue stone table as a kitchen table...water leaves marks on it that do NOT disappear. I was told it wore like granite. Not the case at all. Corporate wont even call me back or send someone out to look at my table because I didnt purchase the protection package on the table. I cut up my card, we wont ever be back. Get you act together and train your employees so they are giving out proper information ARHAUS.

This is the single worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. We ordered a $4K bed in October with the promise that it would be delivered by Thanksgiving. Here we are Christmas eve, finally delivered and it is defective. The very random shipping company they use who showed up in a U-Haul truck were not able to put it together. Customer service has been horrible from the get go and now they tell me that they wont credit me until their defective bed makes it back to their warehouse in Ohio. What a horrible company.

Worst furniture store I have ever dealt with.. Purchased 18k worth of furniture and each delivery had damage to it which was replaced so all good there...They had a promo of 10% to be issued as a gift card and I have been given the runaround for 2 months.. Manager in Jacksonville store named Karen said check was in mail 2 weeks ago... I will never spend another penny with this store again except the check when I receive it.. Frustrated!
