Horrible customer service. Went in two separate times to purchase a new phone and to make a device payment. I shouldve done it online as I had originally planned. The gentleman who sold me the phone was nice enough, but when I RETURNED to make a payment, the new salesman was impatient, pushy and extremely rude. I got the strong feeling I was taking up too much of his precious time. I have worked in retail for years and this was a perfect example of a lack of patience towards customers. Also, remember these employees switch stores everyday so you can never predict who you will be talking to if you are a return customer. In the end, I ended up paying $40 more for my phone than what it was listed for on Verizons website. When I inquired about this, the rude salesman annoyingly pronounced that they couldnt match the online prices in the store, which makes me wonder why anyone would buy a phone from the service center to begin with. They also gave me no information as to what my monthly device payments would be. Honestly, I feel foolish for trying to conduct my business in the store rather than online. My advice - get on your computer or phone and use the Verizon website to purchase your device. This way, you will know what your monthly bill will be and YOU WILL PAY LESS. Unless you want to play with phones or just kill time, I dont really see a reason for these retail stores anymore. Ill give it one star because I know there are good salesman out there employed by Verizon who dont apply.

Worst experience ever. I bought two phones here in November. I switched from AT&T because this store promised me credits for porting my phone numbers over. It is now February and I still do not have these credits. Calling customer service is useless because they, for some reason, cannot issue credits and assure me that they will call me back. Needless to say, I have never been called back. I called the store and got the same response. Also, no call back. This is all after one of the phones I bought was defective and when I brought it back, the rep had me there for over an hour trying to figure out how to set up the new phone. This company from the corporation to the stores is horrible. They lure you in with promises and then hide behind excuses as to why they cant help you. "In the MIST of our system" are actual words they used to tell me why they couldnt find my credits. Run from this store, and run from Verizon!

I have dealt with Jenna Young for many years. She is the best and most knowledgeable person when it comes to phones, service and any issues or questions. I am a big pain in the butt and am sure have annoyed her in my eyes but Jenna always took my calls and solved all of my issues and answered all questions each and every time. Not only was she patient but always has a smile attached to a great personality. I wish there were more people in this world just like her. I hope Verizon keeps her happy because it would be their loss if she left. I always send everyone right to her when I am asked by someone who they should speak to with any phone issues. Thanks Jenna for being such a great person and a big help to me.

I am a loyal long time customer of Verizon. Broke my iPhone today. :( Called Verizon store that Ive not visited previously. I was greeted by Kyle who was very welcoming and welcoming and professional. I not ineptness offered an upgrade on my iPhone , I also purchased a tablet. I found Kyle to be very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate the quaint atmosphere and personal attention offered at this store. I generally visit the Verizon on cypress and 41. His experience by comparison was more personal. I spent quite a bit of money and am happy with my purchases. Thank you. Nancy Kilmartin

Michael was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a new LG phone today. I went into this store with my old phone and the screen was black. It could not be fixed. Michael was able to retrieve my contacts from my old phone and he got me all set up with the new. He was extremely professional and patient. He made sure I understood the charges to my account and made sure I was comfortable with my new phone before I left this store. Thank you, Michael.

My husband and I had the best experience with John Adam at this location. Weve not had the greatest experience at other locations and have now found our new location and representative. John Adam took great care of us and helped with adding our accounts together and getting my husband a new phone. We will definitely be using this location from now on. Splendid customer service! Of course, if splendid is defined as being intentionally ignored for being non-white. Thanks for making it obvious youre racist! Walked in and after 15mins got told to sign in first and after 30minutes "patiently" watched 2 other customers get service ahead of us WITHOUT signing in. Definitely going to recommend friends and family about this Verizon store.

We came in 5 minutes before the store closed and Kyle stayed in the store and helped us even though we came in pretty late. He made us feel welcome even though he probably wanted to leave.
