This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a phone and one of the best retail experiences I can remember. Deandre was incredibly knowledgable, personable, and took the time to recommend a great phone and get everything set up perfectly. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions and made me confident in choosing Verizon as my wireless carrier. Deandre had a great amount of technical information and relayed it simply and effectively while relating it to my situation. This should be a model for the Verizon as a company and all of their stores.

I never knew this store existed until today. My wife passed away in January and I had no idea how to handle my computer tablet. The young woman was helpful and comforting. My wireless consultant whose name is Andy went above and beyond for me. I came in after I dropped my phone, a half an hour before closing time. He stayed until 10:30pm to fix and transfer my info from my old phone to my new one. (I has to replace my old phone) He explained all my options of what I needed to know as far as replacement. Im extremely impressed with his customer service! What a great guy and he makes me happy to be a Verizon customer. Thanks Andy!

Go here! This is a hidden gem! The staff here is professional and they actually try to help and make the process easier for people like me. It was a lengthy process because I didnt have anything saved but Rob and Careisa made it a fun experience. I got my first bill and everything was exactly as explained and there was not a single thing hidden or added like when I go to the other stores. I will recommend this store to everyone! Went in to this location because phone wasnt charging, ended up lowering my bill with a new phone and more data. The new management has made a big difference. I swore I would never go back after a couple problems with a manager and a dishonest employee in the past. Thank you Jacob & Carrisa for your help! We will be back when its time for my daughter to get her update!!!

Sarah and Andy were amazing customer reps they got me and my roommate get our new phones the s7 and the LG g5. Great all around service from these two I highly recommend if wanting to switch or just have a problem these two and theven of the crew at go wireless will take of you in the nicest and friendliest way possible I give them both 5 Stars! Say your prayers that you never have to rely on what a particular salesperson & manger tells you ,OR puts in writing...they most likely will not honor it. If it doesnt mean more money to them, they arent interested in assisting the customer....Save grief & go to a corporate Verizon store, not this retailer!!

The Verizon company store could not connect my new phone to the Verizon network. Said my phone was not compatible. Stopped here and within 15 minutes the new phone was working!!! Further, as a courtesy, Jacob transferred all contacts from my old phone to my new phone. Jacob and Carissa rock!!! Stop here for all your cellphone needs, you wont be disappointed.

Always heard bad things about Premium Retailers, but I just had to pay a bill so I stopped in. The guy asked if he could take a look at my account. I told him he could. He ended up saving me 20 dollars on my bill and I was able to get a free tablet. This is now the only Verizon I will go to. They are personable and polite. Thank you again guys.
