Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable and expert advice. Very willing to help and willing to show you how to work your device. They are following rules at this location and can only do what Verizon allows them to do since they are a Reseller. They are NOT rude what-so-ever at this location, please have realistic needs and do not expect miracles because we live in the real world. They will satisfy your needs here when it comes to wireless and customer service.

Went to exchange an s7 because of recall. They refused to exchange because I didnt have the box. How was I to know the Phone would explode and be recalled and I should keep the box.. the girl was very rude and not helpful. Do no go here. Go to a real Verizon store. I found out the hard way that this one isnt. Dont do business here is my advice.
