The people working were very nice to talk to. Unfortunately, they sold us a bum phone. When I went in the next day to exchange it, I was promised that I would have my new phone by the next day if I paid the extra to have it overnighted. I paid it because I needed a working phone. They did not make the cutoff time to get the phone in by the next day like they promised, made no apologies, and I ended up covering the cost of overnighting it. Not only did they not make any apologies, but took the attitude of "oh well". I tried talking to corporate, and they didnt care either. Although they were nice to talk to, as soon as the sale was made, they couldnt have cared less about customer service.

Didnt like anything about this store. Very small selection and the current manager gets all crazy and angry for no reason, and calls the cops on anyone who disagrees with him. Stay away from this place. Horrible customer service and an overall bad experience.

I got a new LG v10 and couldnt have been more pleased. As its not a common phone they had it shipped in from another store on a Friday and the following Tuesday I had my new phone. 10/10 would shop again.
