Fabuloso

The people who work here could really use a lesson in customer service, at least when it comes to me. The usual Metro I use was closed so I drove across town to go to this one. The guys at the counter were very chatty with the ladies in front of me. They looked at me like I was scum when I walked through the door. When it was finally my turn my cashier, Everardo, didnt so much as ask "How can I help you?" I expected him to at least ask me what I was there for, he acted like I was invisible. I finally told him what I needed help with, paid my bill and he didnt say a word to me throughout the entire transaction. What happened to saying "thank you" to your patrons? As a service manager myself I would have fired this employee if he worked for me.

I have my one daughter is account within the last three or four years. I called just a few minutes ago to see about transferring to phone to them and when they answered and said hello I asked me I pick your brain about service and they hung up on me now they will not answer the phone I have called 5 times so with that being said if this is how they run business I think I will take our business elsewhere! very disappointed as I have never had an issue before.

I went there after I purchased a new j7...that I got down the road, they are rude there as well...well the woman who worked there was so rude and had the I could care less attitude...i love my service my phone does work now but I dont like it....i wish I waited to get my s7....active...bottom line I go only to the mpc in Lakeland...
