Good price and prompt availability at my nearest store. But when I got there and was reassured that they could install my car battery without having to re-set all my electronic settings, the actual employee doing the work just disconnected the battery. When I noted that he had not connected a charger/battery saver, he replied that "The manager didnt tell me" and then could not get the clamp holding the battery in place reconnected. The Manager tried for a few minutes, said "OK, its all ready" and I left. When I checked the clamp later, it was not connected. Only took me a few minutes to do it myself but I do not appreciate being lied to.

They were very helpful. I ordered a motorcycle battery online and the first store (N.Olmsted) call me with in 15 mins to tell me they happened to be out of stock on the battery I ordered. But he would cancel my order and I could reorder it and get it from another store (Strongsville) that had it in stock. I did and it was ready in about an hour. I picked it up already paid plus a 10% discount for ordering online. And the battery was fully charged and ready to go. Went on a ride that day. Thank you.

Experience was very good. Store well stocked with supplies, clean and organized and the staff friendly and quick service. The only thing is that one can purchase, in quantity, from the Internet at quite a bit less. However I will definitely return to the store again to see all that is offered.

Just had may screen replaced on my iphone. Justin was very professional.idropped it off and pick it up in one hour. The screen was not broke ,however the cable broke which created white lines and froze the phone. Reasonable repair compared to the cost of a new phone.

Purchase was ready when I arrived - quick in and out. However, this product was very overpriced. Other online store prices were about a quarter what BPB prices were. I guess that is the price of availability.
