Very dishonest agent. Straight up lied about how our plan would be handled.Terrible customer service in this store and even worse experience dealing with customer service over the phone. You get routed to a call center in the Philippines which takes a long time and they state that there is no supervisor to speak with and then came up with the line he would call back. Obviously that didnt happen. I now know why it is worth paying a little more for a better carrier.
