First, Nate, let me publicly apologize for my incorrect accusation that my camera was switched during a repair. This, although possible to do, did not happen to my phone, as further testing indicated. Im sorry for the frustration I stirred up with that. Would an unreasonable, "impossible customer" offer that apology?? That said, Ill go on record to say that your customer service skills are at the top of the worst Ive ever experienced. If you or your staff are not able to fix a Galaxy Note 5, you should not accept the task or the $250 payment for such. I brought mine in for a screen repair. In fact, I brought it back, very patiently, three more times to try and get the screen adhered properly. I was without my phone for the better part of FOUR DAYS, and still, its loose in the bottom left corner When, after getting a complete run-around on your availability, I was finally able to talk to you - the owner of three locations - you immediately started with excuses about how its impossible for this repair to be done well and the screens simply would not ever adhere completely and your people should have done a better job of tempering my expectations of what the results would be. After the extraordinary time I had to be without communication, it would seem that some sort of apology may have been offered. Considering that my phone was still not right after all that, maybe some sort of compensation should have been offered. A refund perhaps. Nope. SquareTrade reimbursed me for the "repair," minus a $65 deductible, but I cant help feeling like it was insurance fraud to some degree. There should not have been a bill for this fiasco. For anyone reading this review who needs a Note 5, S6 or S7 repaired, DO NOT use Cell Xchange. They do not, by the owners admission, have the capacity to do this properly. Im EXTREMELY unhappy with this entire experience.

My name is Benny Lane. I have been and still am a customer of the cell Xchange for about a year and a 1/2 and I have no reason to go any other place. They a great variety of cell phones and a great customer service attitude. They are very fair with there pricing, including repairs to your device. Dont try to beat the pricing with another competitor, with the customer service and the quality that these guys put into there job its more than worth the price. Sincerely, Benny Lane P.S. Just to give you all a heads up..... The LG G4 that I had recently purchased had a manufacturer issue, instead of them telling me that I needed contact LG, they did all the work for me. Nate also took another phone and loaned it to me as a loaner until I get my phone back..... Why would you want to go anywhere else. Great job guys, thank you all!!

Horrible experience ever. Bought a new phone got new service the phone keeps bouncing from 3 g to 2 g I am supposed to have unlimited 4G service. At times it tells me I am not even connected to a network, I take my cell back in today and get called a liar not only that the idiot working formatted my sd card and I lost over 4000 pictures that I cannot replace! He just wiped my card didnt ask me, didnt tell me he was going to do it. When I say something about it I am deemed a liar and a trouble maker! Bet I am fixing to cause trouble because now I am going to report them to the BBB for their bad customer service and the loss of my pictures of passed family members that I cannot get back! AND my cellphone still isnt working right!!!!!!!!

I bought 3 phones for Xmas presents, 1 tmobile and 2 AT&T unlocked phones. I was told they would all work with any provider. I have tmobile. Neither AT&T phones work totally. Missing the hotspot capability.. Still have warranty but no one is willing to correct this problem. Ive been trying for 3 weeks to get a solution before my warranty is out. No one has ever returned my calls. I have had to call every time. Everyone just passed the buck. Still have yet to hear from owner. I was trying to wait for a resolution before I wrote a review, but Im tired of waiting and maybe this will get the owners attention and he will return my calls...

The best service comes from the best employees who takes care of their customers. I am so happy and humbled because of the service I received yesterday. I sincerely felt cared for when I had an issue with my phone, we all can relate this when I say "our cell devices are a personal part of our lives". Nate genuinely new what I was going through and took care of it as if it were his own and reassured me if I have any problems no matter what to give him a call. That right there was the best service I could received. Will I recommend my friends to cell xchange? ABSOLUTELY! Thank you Nate and cell xchange employees for the great service.

In life you come across companies that you can honestly grow to love and hope the best for, but this company needs a real evaluation. if people new the real scam behind them they would never come back.They never keep the employees they hire do to the negligence of knowing how to actually be employers. And the way they scam most of their customers do to them not fully understanding their policy and conditions. They are just a bunch of guys that have became extremely good at the craft of scamming people and doing it in a way were their tracks are untraceable. So visit at your own risk,

I went to cell xchange in the Lakeland Mall a few months ago and traded in my 3 new phones cause I was told that the SIM card from my IPhone wouldnt work with there Net 10. Boy was I robbed. It cost me almost $1800.00 for 2 used iPhones 4s and 1 IPhone 5. They are the worst people to deal with. One of the 4s phones wouldnt even work right. You couldnt turn on WiFi they tell you theyll fix it. If they cant fix it theyll replace it with a new phone. BULLSHIT they never did or even got back to us. They get 0 ratings from me. They are liars and rip offs!

Excellent customer service! I came here to switch out my tempered glass screen protector (which is amazing btw. If you dont have one, get it!!) Tommy greeted me right away and was able to smoothly remove the glass cover. After he put the new cover on, he went out of his way to make sure my phone was clean before he handed it back to me. This was my first visit at this stop and I had no idea about the huge selection of phones and accessories! If you havent been to this store yet, I highly recommend checking them out. They have everything you need!
