Terrible service.....just wanted to pay my bill the other day and they told me to go down the street. They were busy but you dont tell a customer to go elsewhere. Im in the restaurant industry and I would never ask someone to go elsewhere. Thanks for the advice. I went to the Metro by Ace hardware.The guy down the street was way nicer and he was busy also but kindly explained to the other customers it will only take 3 sec to pay a bill. Thats professionalism at its best and everyone was happy. I will be going to that Metro from now on.

Very great service here. :) I am giving it a 5 star because i was treated with respect and with patience. I got all my questions answered and have had absolutely no problems what so ever since i got my phone from there. I believe Rae is the one who helped me. Shes just great. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I visited Fairview Park store and im new to smartphones and the Sales Representative Rae was VERY helpful to me. The first day i was in she explained everything to me and ive been back several times to get more learning information. I speak VERY highly of Rae and the Fairview Park store!
