While the staff was super nice and helpful they not only messed up replacing the screen on my phone once, but twice. The first time I started having major discoloration right before my warranty was up and they fixed it.......after I had to wait and make multiple phone calls to the original store that fixed it because that store (back in AZ) refused to send my warranty paperwork until after the current store had assessed the phone for no physical damage. They got that squared away eventually, fixed it but I immediately noticed the next day that my screen was super sentive (I had a VERY hard time typing on it and had to stop sending work emails because they would be so jacked up), would freeze multiple times a day, and then just started blacking out for extended periods of time. I was out of town for the first week after theyd fixed it the second time so I had to wait until I was back to fix it. The day before I came back in town, and had planned on bringing it in to fix it, I had to duck out of the way of a flying ball (Im a sports coach) and my screen got a minor crack in the corner. They refused to fix it unless I paid to have it replaced. At this point Id rather spend the money at apple so I took it to the local Apple Store. Where low and behold the person who helped me whipped her phone out and showed me the screen comparisons in color and hue. Determining that they never actually fixed it properly the second time. Because while her screen was white, like its supposed to be, mine was blue. And I paid the same amount of money to have it fixed at Apple as I did here.

The day we were here, the storms had knocked out power to over 40,000 customers, including this location. The 2 employees in the store, and I failed to get their names, sorry. Did everything they could to try and fill the online order I had placed earlier in the day, I had made some last minute changes and added some bulbs when I arrived, ironically the battery back-ups for the computer system was having issues, these 2 staff members did everything they could, calling IT for help, to trying another POS, they REALLY tried. We decided it was best that I come back after power is restored as it had just gone down before I got there. I went back the next day and a different employee was there, when I started to explain what occurred he asked if I was Mr. Wolf, he then proceeded to tell me his manager had informed him about me and that everything was ready to go with all their apologies, I ended up adding some batteries to the order as well, per the stores suggestive sell. In todays crazy world having any retail employees try that hard to make a customer happy does not go unnoticed, not only will I be back, and this was my first time there, but I will recommend them to every one. GREAT JOB and I hope this gets noticed by who ever is in charge for these employees. Thank You Ed Wolf

Completely shattered my IPhone 6 screen and found Batteries Plus via a Google search after speaing with Sprint who offered an upgrade and was kept on hold with Apple at Crocker. Made an appt online and Jacob / and team were true to the timeline noted. Other than the additional 15 phone test / Intake form Jacob completed, I had my repaired phone within an hour as promised. I got a great price on an unusual battery need. I have 2007 Simplicity Lawn Tractor. The car part dealers dint have near the choices. I got a Duracell tractor battery that fit perfect and had more cranking amps than any at the car part company. I was further surprised the battery was in stock. I really like this store and plan to go back. Next, LED lights.
