I purchased a phone went to my car and noticed it did not have an android charger. I walked back in and asked to exchange it but they said they wouldnt. Because of a handicap I cannot use this phone. Corporate has no control over franchise policies. As soon as I can save enough for another phone I will switch phone carriers also.
