TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! GM Sebastian is refusing to replace the protective glass cover on my phone despite the fact that IT WAS REMOVED BY ONE OF HIS REPRESENTATIVES prior to him going to stockroom only to realize the wrong phone was shipped to the store. On my second trip to store THE SAME REP programed new phone only to call me 30 minutes after I left the store to inform me that he had accidentally given me my old phone back. Wasted my entire Sunday afternoon....28 MILES EACH WAY!! Sorry bout your luck attitude from T-MOBILE customer service AND General manager Sebastion. Smh. AFTER 5 YEARS OF BEING A LOYAL T-MOBILE CUSTOMER I AM SEVERING MY CONTRACT WITH THEM.
