Misquoted and given a handful of excuses why. District manager was supposed to call me but never did. Finally got a call hours later from store manager who seemed to be interested in helping however when I was told he would call me back next day, I was the one who had to call him. Was offered to return my phone rather then them correct the issue. Decided to keep the phone , because its actually pretty awesome and well equipped however I will NEVER do business with them again. 2 stars only because the phone itself works for what I need. Customer service is pretty rough.

Happened to be going through this quaint little town recently and decided to stop in and ask some questions Ive had about my bill. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they help me reduce my bill significantly but they helped me choose a great little diner for a bite to eat. I would certainly go out of my way to go there again with any cell phone or billing issues I might have in the future. Highly recommend!
