We have several phones on contract, and cant even get service half of the time. We get limited hotspot and it wont let ANY devices connect like it used to, yet says we are using it all up. This specific boost store is one of the worst experience I have had. The guy(Im not sure if it was the owner or not) had headphones on but was blaring the music to where we could hear every word to his song and was just flat out rude. He had a customer call and and would hold the phone away and whisper to us how crazy and stupid the customer was because she had apparently called numerous times trying to figure out how to fix her issue where she had paid for her granddaughter service yet it wouldnt switch over. Then after the phone call was done he looked us and continued to go on about how shes an old annoying lady who has done nothing but call over SOMETHING SHE PAID FOR and is supposed to be helped with. I do not recommend boost and this store specifically. Flat out terrible service, terrible, rude worker, and over all a terrible experience.

Alex got my insured phone here fast then updated everything for me free of charge, Im not very technical so I appreciated it. I will continue doing business with Alex hes very nice, and helpful, and actually knows what he is doing. Thanks Alex
