I have been to this location twice in an attempt to join my wifes family plan and it was a pointless, fruitless experience both times. The first time I went I was told that my father-in-law, the account holder who lives in Utah, would have to be physically present, here in Florida, in order to get me added. I was a bit surprised by this but I figured that there must be another option. When I asked I was told there wasnt one. I asked if he could call, or go online, or fill out a form at a store in Utah authorizing me or SOMETHING. Each time I received one-word answers with no elaboration. It was... frustrating to say the least. Luckily, my father-in-law was scheduled to visit in a few months so we waited until he arrived. Surely, with him physically present, it would be piece of cake. Unfortunately, as the one-star review foreshadows, this was not the case. We spoke with a different employee this time and, upon learning of our desire to add me to the plan, he asked what phone I wanted. I told him that I didnt have a lot of money so I would take whatever phone was available for free with a two-year contract. My wife and I had looked at AT&Ts website and seen several "Free w/ 2-year contract options" and, honestly, I would have been fine with just about anything. This employee told me that the pricing in stores was different than the pricing online. That is understandable so I asked him which phones were available at this location. He said that no physical store in the area would offer a free phone with a 2-year agreement. Personally, having shopped for phones at other retailers, I find this incredibly difficult to believe. Horrifically difficult to believe. Even if, by some chance, AT&T does not offer a single phone for free in-store with a 2-year contract this employee simply stated that and then just stared at me. Didnt offer to show me phones that might be $49.99 with contract, didnt offer to help with an online purchase etc. Just. Stared. Perhaps I simply figured that as someone who was looking to pay hundreds of dollars a year to this company they would do me the courtesy of making my experience joining this company somewhat palatable. I understand that some of my expectations might not line up with company policy and that is 100% ok but it is not ok to stonewall a potential customer and make every step of the process as difficult and obscure as possible. I am honestly considering staying with Verizon, even though it is nearly twice as much a month, simply because every time that I have walked into their retail store with questions or needs I have been treated very well. I havent always gotten what I wanted from them but I at least felt like they understood my needs and did their best to accommodate me. Maybe Verizon just hires better actors but I guess that is something I am willing to pay a little extra for.

I walked into the store and they greeted me within 5 seconds despite being fairly busy on Black Friday. The first rep asked me what he could help me with, to which I told him that I was looking for the HTC Titan. Another rep overheard me asking and came over to say that he had just sold the last one. They brought me over to a third rep who was working at a station and she called several other stores in the Tampa area to help me locate the phone I was looking for. They didnt try to sell me something different or push me in a different direction to keep me at their store (which was good). The third rep merely looked at my account and told me how I could tweak it to save a few bucks a month, which was great.

This is interesting. My first review here got deleted. The people here are extremely lazy. Would not perform a simple task of activating my phone number saying they are unable to activate it. I got multiple "No we cant do that," thanks manager Jimmy. I went to a different at&t store the person took his time >20 min trying to fix my problem and it got fixed without a single hesitation or bad look on his face. Go somewhere else to get serviced. The store management has changed recently and wow, what a difference it has made! I went into the store to try to reactivate my sons phone... it wasnt a sale for the store because we already had the phone but the service was so friendly and helpful. I think it was Max and Jessie that helped me out that day but huge difference from many months ago. Highly recommend. So nice to see people who care about the customer and just being friendly and helpful.

Been here twice in a week to upgrade two lines on our account both Jim and Laureano were awesome. Yes, youre gonna wait, but its brandon FL thats all we do here. I will say Ive never seen at&t employees that care about your experience like these guys. At one point, Laureano went across to Street to buy coffee and donuts for a customer that had been waiting a long time. Awesome service guys keep it up, your definitely our store of choice now.

This AT&T store will take very good care of you! If you have any problems, the people here will take however long it takes to make sure that you are completely satisfied before you leave, and that you completely understand how to work your phone. I work here, but am also a customer. Ask for Max when you come in, and if your experience is not the best possible, tell me and I will make it right. :D
