A Private User

Ive been in this store several times and every time I walk out dissastisfied. I was once given the wrong plan information and went through weeks of paying more than I should have been. When I showed them they had messed up they told me I was wrong when I had the paper one of their associates had personally filled out. Recently I went in to upgrade and was treated just as rudely. Ive reported this behavior to their corporate heads and seriously hope they face reform soon. I WOULD NEVER recommend this store to anyone, theyre a shameful representative of T-Mobile customer service.
