Went in to get an international plan, spelled the country we needed to call, provided the continent as well, and both representatives in the store assured us that we will be able to call from our cricket cell. They had us transfer our number out of our previous carrier over to them, and pay for the cell and plan, when we tried to make a call internationally it was unauthorized, we called customer care and the rep Eduardo informed us that the store reps LIED and the International plan DOES NOT approve for what we needed, and to get our FULL refund from the store and return the cell and have them reverse the transfer! Here we go, so frustrating..... What scam artists they were, just to have a new customer smh!

Just received a message saying they will start charging a $3 fee for taking our payment.Really when your employees can take my payment without talking about other stuff besides my bill or other employees taking the employee that is taking my money outside for drama about work then charge me a $3 fee.I will not pay a $3 fee to pay my bill when I have to deal with crazy stuff just to pay my bill.

Went there to buy a flip phone..the 2 employees were sitting outside, smoking, never stood up. Asked what I needed, and I told them the phone I wanted. The guy said they were out. When I asked where another dealer was, he said he didnt know. They must have a list somewhere. Not a very good public relation with those two.

They have a clerk that used to work at the south Leesburg store that in our opinion is completely unprofessional.Ive had Cricket service for years, and have been happy with the service, but I will never go to the Clermont store again. Mount Dora store is great. It is worth the drive.

They cut my service even though I had signed up for auto pay. Many times my phone does not ring and calls are missed. Dont know if it is the service or my phone.
