I called May 2, 2011 inquiring about availability of Windows Phone 7 phones. I was told by the salesperson who answered that Verizon was not going to carry them. I asked why, knowing all the while that the pending release date is May 5 or May 12.... I asked why they were not going to carry them, just to see what I would be told. This guy tells me that the battery life on the phones is poor and they freeze up a lot. LIAR LIAR, Pants on Fire! I had to drop my Verizon account last November so I could move to a Windows phone over on T-Mobile. So I have had one for myself, and three for my employees, and another five of them in the sales department for showing our software for over 6 months and not once has any of them frozen. In addition, the battery life is not poor at all, nothing to brag about, but if charged each day in the car for 10 minutes, I never have a problem. So watch out what the salesmen tell you, cause sometimes they are misinformed.

This kid screwed my account up so bad, we had to go to a REAL Verizon store across the street to fix it. My bill was way higher than he said it would be, and he had the wrong phone numbers on my devices. DO NOT use this store. Go across 41 to the REAL Verizon store. Oh, and he screwed us on the screen protector that didnt fit right. As an update to this post, I was quickly contacted by Verizon and was offered any help I needed to make things right. Since I had already straightened things out (hopefully), I told them everything was fine now. The owner of this store took care of the problem employee, so I would give them another try in the future if I need service. Kudos for their response to their posts.

Today I was prepared to change from Verizon to Sprint because I thought I was going to have to pay hundreds of dollars to upgrade my broken phone. Come to find out, thanks to Monifa, at the Verizon store ( off of Daniels) that I did not have to spend hundreds of dollars. Instead Monifa listened to the issues I had and up graded my phone because I was eligible for an upgrade. She also gave me discounts and turned my angry mood into a happy mood. I am so excited about my new phone and to save about 50.00 on my monthly bill. Thank you Monifa!!!!

I am a regular customer at the Version store at market square. Douglas Lewandowski is the main reason why! He is always customer sensitive and treats everyone as family. Consider giving him a bonus or a glazed donut and cup of his favorite coffee! I have just experienced some problems with my phone and am so pleased with the most pofessional service of Geovany at your office in Ft. Myers. He was fast, courteous, and most knowledgeable. I have visited both Verizon stores in our area,,,I felt like just another number in the other store, whereas here in this store, I have been treated with superior attention. I am partially deaf, 81 years old and completely computer iliterate! Junior Lucsama has shown great patience and wonderful customer service. Today he juggled 3 customers at once, and we all felt appreciated! in an era of poor customer service, this store really stands out. Thank you Verizon.

My rep Monica was very helpful and patient and extremely friendly. She took her time to listen to my issues and resolved my problems. I walked out here extremely satisfied with her overall customer service. I left here today with a new phone and Monifa helped lower my bill as well as received a $200 bill credit. I recommend this location to anyone and be sure to ask for Monifa when you do visit the store.

I have encountered a lot of bad customer service from Verizon lately UNTIL I encountered Doug. Everyone should have Doug representing their company. He is knowlegeable, very pleasant and goes the extra mile. He explained my new phone in terms I understood. Thanks Doug for all your help and I will make sure anyone looking for service contacts you.
