The Strongsville store on pearl road was a great choice for my family and I, I was first at the store by the mall but when they said the wait would be close to two hours I left to find the hidden gem of Strongsville with all the great clientele greeting me at the door with open arms! All these great Verizon workers being so knowledgeable got my husband and I into the best phones for our needs and even took the time out to show us every thing the phones have to offer! I would recommend for everyone to go there if you really want a great phone! great service! and to know what you are paying for not just be handed a like some stores. Thank You everyone at the store on Pearl road in Strongsville!!

I was lied to by two employees here. One being the manager. Ended up owing Verizon around $300 because of this. If you dont want any bs, make sure You go to an ACTUAL VERIZON STORE. these "premium retailers" usually dont have your best interest at heart and just want to make a sale .... They are not Verizon Wireless employees. They work for "z wireless". There is a corporate store On Royalton road across from the mall . I dont want anyone else getting scammed like I did. Unfortunately, the corporate store said it happens all the time . I even ran into a nice couple who had a similar issue with this store . Do not go here.

All the guys here were really knowledgeable about all the phones. They lead me into choosing something that was right for me. Ive had the Galaxy Nexus for a week and I love it! Thanks to everyone at the store for exceptional service!

The gentleman at the strongsville verizon are extremly caring professional and are willing to educate the consumer as well. B Kyle danny and brandon were absolutely wonderful to work with. Keep up the good work guys.
