Terrible customer service. The employees seem like they dont want to be there, let alone want to help a customer. God forbid you go in there with and issue and not want to buy something. Ive been in there twice, not going back for a third visit.

Horrible. Charged my wife 3 dollar service fee for paying MY BIll in store! Then wont answer their phone. Didnt even ask for her i.d. anyone can do anything to your account. Makes me not want metro.
