My computer had a serious issue with the logic board. They had to send it out for repair. I got it back much later than they originally promised and it died again the next day. They sent it back out. I didnt see the computer for another 2 weeks, and they wouldnt return my phone calls or emails to tell me the status. Weeks later, the computer died again. Again, they sent it out and wouldnt return calls or emails to let me know what was going on. They had it for three weeks before deciding they couldnt fix it. They gave it back and promised a refund. When no refund showed up on my credit card, I called. They said they couldnt process the refund via their credit card system and would send a check. No check arrived and they will not respond to calls or emails.

I had a cell phone that I was having numerous problems with and had spent several hours, and talked to 4-6 different people at both my service provider and the phone manufacturer. During one of those sessions half of my photos were "lost" and I panicked. The next day I took the phone to device doctoz. They were able to find and re-locate my photos as well as provide some other help with it. They were very patient, as you can imagine I was extremely frustrated! I did end up replacing the phone a few days later, but having all my photos was a life saver to me. Thank you Kyle!

I broke my iPad Air 2 screen 2 years ago. Ive been back to them 4 times to get the screen replaced. Walked in today to state the screen is having this "ghost" like reaction when you touch it and apps open and close and keys start typing and I wont even be typing, Spoke with the owner who said they are going to take care of this to ensure that this does not happen again. Its crazy how much goes into these little tablets that we have but luckily we have Device Doctorz locally to fix them!

Device Destroyerz! Worst service ever! I dropped off an IPad that was working and needed a cracked screen repair. "Owner" gave me the IPad back, now not working and the broken screen as two separate pieces. He response was "we didnt verify that the iPad worked, so it is not our problem." Also said, "thats why we had you sign that contract." Apparently because you know you will not deliver. Rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional.

WORST EVER - couldnt fix and broke battery when handed back to me. Dont feel like I could trust their claims about what they did and whether or not the price would change for a whole new logic board to iPhone. Felt like that was the ploy the whole time- to sell me a logic board or tell me they did and actually just fix my device cheaply. either way, I declined and now the battery connection is completely broke.

My TV was struck by lightning. I took it to Device Doctorz in Clermont and paid a $45 nonrefundable diagnostic fee. The diagnosis was the TV was broken and they couldnt fix it because they couldnt get parts. I took it somewhere else and had it repaired for almost the same price as I lost to Device Doctorz. They are decent guys and probably ok for phones and tablets but find an old school place for TVs.

I recently got my iPad mini fixed and was completely satisfied with the job and promptness because we were leaving back to Hawaii that week. Then, after returning to Hawaii my daughter showed me that the iPad wasnt working. After looking up what "ghost writing" was and apps opening and closing on their own I found out I need to go to apple because the case is pushing too hard on the screen.

The work was completed in a timely manner and I had updates throughout the process so I always knew what the status of my order was. I went to this place to get a price to fix my ipad. when i got there i was greeted by a gentleman wearing scrubs. I thought that was odd and actually felt like i was in a doctors office. it didnt hit me until after I left I was at device doctors.....hahaha. The price was reasonable and he fixed my ipad within an hour. really cool concept and nice people. They get my A+

Very professional and timely .Quick Service . Have used them multiple times to fix various devices iPhone and Android ! Not just phone screens other issues, as well . I would trust no one else with my phone or devices . I drive over 30 minutes to get to their location even though competitors are closer. These guys know their stuff and I trust them !

We were in Florida on vacation with our 14 yr old grandson. He dropped his cell phone and we went to Devicedoctorz to get repaired. Finding out it would be too costly to repair, we purchased a used cell phone from them. They went the extra mile to help him get logged in to his apps on the new phone. Great business; would highly recommend to all.

I went in there last week with a water logged iphone 6s. He took it apart to see if it was salvageable (but of course its a P.O.S. apple product so it wasnt) free of charge, then gave me great advice about going to apple for an out of warranty replacement. Super friendly and will go back again next time I have tech issues .

Stopped by for a price on my iphone 5 screen that was broken. Place was really clean and the staff was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. They repaired my phone in about 20 minutes while I waited. Price was fair as I had called around a few different places. Overall i would stop by again to have my phone fixed.

Great customer service; great communication; they will update you regularly and will do all they can to fix your devices. My Mac Pro had water damage. I thought it was a lost cause, but they did all they could to repair it and at a very fair price. I highly recommend Device Doctorz. Great to work with them.

I was very impressed with the honesty and the professionalism of the crew, I personally know little to nothing about technology and the big stores make you feel like an idiot but here I was very comfortable in working with them, I highly suggest them to anyone that has a need, they are a top shelf crew

The experience here is really top notch. I was in and out in literally 15 minutes for my iphone repair. The gentleman answered all my questions not even related to the repair. He was very kind and the place was very clean and organized. Very glad to see such a great business in Clermont.
