I brought in two 6 volt classic car batteries to be filled with acid. I was charged $30.00 dollars to fill these batteries (under 2 quarts of fluid and 5 minutes of a representatives time). When I suggested that this price was high, I was told I could purchase my own acid at a nearby auto parts store, which was closed at the time. When I asked to speak to a manager or a customer service representative, I was told that there was no one in a higher position at the location. The employee then tried to tell me my batteries were special and needed a lot of acid, and they needed acid for their "regular" customers. I was not born yesterday, my batteries are not "special," and I considered myself a customer until this experience!! He was aggressive, unprofessional and disrespectful. And he was the regional director of operations!

I wont go back. Awful service. Shrill young sales woman. I brought in a working watch that needed a new battery, left with a watch that no longer worked. She was unwilling to remove batteries from other watches or do anything extra even though I was willing to pay for it. I am 65. A lady about 80 was there at the same time trying to return a bulb no longer working given to her by her son-in-law. They would not help her because the bulb had originally been part of a two-pack and they were more concerned about their inventory numbers matching up than about keeping a customer. Horrible attitudes, no softness, and had a "blaming the customer" attitude with each of us. We had both come out in the pouring rain.

I ordered a car-battery online for store pickup. Online it says the installation would be included. I went to the store. The young lady there was unfriendly and complained that she always gets the tough jobs. She charged me for the battery disposal and went outside the store with me. She saw that my car is a BMW. She stopped walking and told me, that B+ does not do BMWs. I told her to put the battery in the trunk and left - got it installed at the dealership. But I will never recommend B+ for buying a car battery and I will never recommend that particular store.

I ordered a car battery online fir pickup and installation. The first time it was done was not the greatest, however i came back and was welcomed with open arms. They helped explain any issues with me and proceeded to promptly take care of the issue. One worker specifically,Corey, was nothing short of fantastic. He really knew what he was doing, and even took the time to explain each step of the process to me, which i really appreciated. Overall great service and i would reccomemd them to anyone

Ive bought from this store before. Thats why I checked Batteries Plus online. I found the battery I needed for my Sportster. I was told the one I needed was in stock at the store near me. You also receive a nice discount for ordering online. I give a big Plus to this battery store.

I picked up the battery I ordered on line and saved $3.71 by doing so. I want to use the motorcycle this weekend so I ordered it locally. It was ready when I got there. I parked offsite because of inadequate onsite parking. I went home and installed the battery in a Harley.

Bought an item online for store pickup. Called ahead to reconfirm the transaction was confirmed. Arrived and was handed a third party knockoff instead. Turns out the item was never in stock. Lazy, brain dead, unprofessional staff. Stay away.

Fast service but features of phone no longer work. They should inform the customer prior to repair Touch Id does NOT work after repair. Do NOT get your phone repaired here if you want you Touch ID to work.
